Very professional did clean work in a timely fashion

In response to the last negative review: You signed two written contracts with WWR! The two contracts are Description of Services and the Signed Work Authorization. All work performed was completed exactly as outlined and authorized by YOU in these documents. WWR has full copies of both. Your claim that WWR ?robbed you blind? is entirely libelous. The last date any WWR personnel were inside your property was October 1. Your allegation regarding stolen jewelry is directly contradicted by YOUR PA, who photographed your jewelry box after October 1, after our work was completed, with the box fully intact and present in the home. This evidence disproves your claim. Your statement that WWR caused ?more harm than good? is also contradicted by extensive photos taken before WWR started mitigation (attached). WWR evidence also includes: signed contracts, photo docs and YOUR PA's own photos. (not attached but available)

This company was hired on a very limited basis to perform some small tasks to address severe smoke damage in the house. They brought in hepa air scrubbers, removed water damaged plaster and had smoke damaged clothing treated and cleaned. But they also helped themselves to whatever the wanted and robbed me blind while I was displaced from my home- they taking loads of things, all the while denying everything. If you experience a fire, flooding, smoke damage, and othet emergencies, turn away these "ambulance" chasers away because you'll experience more harm and regret than good from them. I didn't sign a contract for them to "restore " my home- but did hire them to perform only 4 or 5 simple tasks that needed immediate attention, as the public adjuster advised. Do your homework, say no thanks to their offer to help you and hire a trust worthy, more reputable restoration company. You won't regret it!

The owners, John and John, provided excellent, professional services at a very difficult time for me. I am handicapped, in a wheelchair, with congestive heart failure. They were very kind, accommodating and thorough. They took care of everything and even worked everything out with my insurance company, remedied the water problem, providing excellent workmanship. Friends have commented on the beauty of the job - walls, painting, molding. I recommend them wholeheartedly to all my friends.

These people showed up before the fire department had even left and were telling us all about the repairs that would be necessary. The front man sold us the world telling us how everything was going to be fixed. Before we even knew what was going on they had filter fans setup through the house to "de-smoke" the air (there wasn't any smoke from the fire which was external to the wall). We had no idea what to do next as we were inundated with the insurance claim, public adjuster, and these guys all trying to get into our pockets. We wound up signing a contract because they were going to take care of everything and within a week they had packed up 80% of our property into storage while we were in a hotel. 6 months later they are finally able to start work to patch a hole in the side of our house and replace the hardwood floor. They chose the cheapest materials and labor possible and have nobody there to supervise the workers. None of them were American or could even speak English. They disrespect our property, do not work a full 8 hour day, leave trash everywhere, and barely know how to even do their jobs. When we bring up our grievances to the owners they try to get all chummy and friendly over text messages with their "lol" and smiley faces as if we are friends. Very unprofessional all around. The whole thing is one big bait-and-switch racket to get as much of that free insurance money as possible, and the resulting lack of quality of their work are making our house worse off than before the fire. The fire was electrical and they have done nothing to try and address the potential cause. They covered over our exterior outlets with the new siding they put up. They did not sand the walls before painting, nor did they take any outlet covers off first. They are covering everything in paint. They use the cheapest possible glossy paint which means we'll need to sand it all back off to put up the paint we actually want. They put nails through the new tongue-and-groove hardwood floor they were putting in. They miss-cut the return vents in the floor. They left large gaps at the door thresholds. They over-tightened the new shutters on the outside which left them warped. They did not put clamps back on the gutters so now they swing freely in the wind. All of this is taking more and more time to correct rather than doing it right the first time. Meanwhile our ALE insurance is about to run out and we still can't move back in because they have most of our material goods in storage. It feels like a hostage situation here and we are powerless to do anything about it. My advice is to stay clear of these people. Do not let them even in your house. Better to get your own local contractors who hire Americans and will give you quality work for your money.

Worldwide was very responsive, transparent about all work needs in our home and very respectful of our home throughout the process. They did an amazing job identifying, isolating and neautralizing mold after we sustained water damage from a kitchen leak. A stressful situation that was made much more manageable with their help. I contacted Worldwide Restoration to fix a mold problem we had in our new house that we discovered during the inspection. With only a week to get stuff fixed before we had to move in, I was worried that it wouldn't be possible to fix it before we moved in, but Chris helped get the whole thing cleaned, sprayed, and restored well in advance of our deadline. Will definitely be going back to them with future projects.

I absolutely hate writing reviews, but I d be doing such a disservice to this company if I didn t share my experience. A house two doors down from me had a water pipe burst which flooded the basements of 6 row homes including mine. Water poured through my concrete wall and all I could think was if the water level reached my heater, I m screwed. I called the fire department first, and they diagnosed the issue and turned off the water valve. Now I had to worry about water extraction for a fair price within my budget. Eight or nine phone calls later between the water department, my home owners insurance, plumbing companies and water extraction services, Chris Farrell from Worldwide Restoration LLC, returned my call and immediately agreed to come evaluate my situation. He arrived at my house in less than 20 minutes. Chris was quick to offer me solutions to consider and offered me an incredibly fair price to extract the water from my basement. He thoroughly explained each part of the process and the services the company provides. All in all, Chris professionalism and execution turned something that was an absolute nightmare for me into a bump in the road with low impact. I couldn t thank him enough! Yes, there was damage to the items stored in the basement and I have quite a mess to clean from the soiled materials, but I m so glad I don t have the headache of an insanely high bill for water removal. I highly recommend Chris and the Worldwide Restoration company for any of their services. I m confident any customer who does business with this company will be highly satisfied with both the quality of work and pricing.

Process is very long, waiting over a month for company to submit work to insurance company. Company hired random individuals to do remediation. Did set-up trash/debris site. Left piles of trash on my curb. Restoration crew never showed up to give estimates on restoring house as discussed in 1st meeting.
