John from Xpert Xterior came the same day I contacted him, inspected my roof, took photos of it to show me, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I asked him to do the work the next day as rain was predicted later that week and I worried that it would cause further leaks and continued damage to my bedroom ceiling. John checked his schedule and later agreed to come the next morning and did. He and his crew worked diligently to repair my roof and install a new torch down rubber roof system and associated new roof features in under three hours and showed me new photos of their work. He gave me a contract outlining the work and the 15-year warranty on their work and told me to have Xpert Xterior do maintenance every four years to keep the roof in good shape. After my husband paid for the work, John and his crew then cleaned up all debris completely. He also plans to send me some of the photos for my home insurance. All in all, John was caring and professional and I recommend Xpert Xterior completely! Marilyn Brahen
