I hired Yuriy Beyzyk d/b/a YB Contracting for a condo renovation at 50 Belmont Ave in Bala Cynwyd. Significant issues came up during and after the project: 1. My custom kitchen wall cabinets were initially installed upside down. After they were flipped to the correct orientation upon my request, drill holes were left filled with putty resulting from the original damage, and the backsplash was never regrouted, which I later had to fix myself. He refused to pay for replacement cabinets. 2. Several electrical outlets were buried during drywall work. This required my electrician to spend time locating and carving them out. 3. Construction debris were left on my balcony after the project, which I had to pay to removed. After the project was complete, YB sent an email notice demanding >$7k in "extra work" charges that were never discussed, quoted, or approved at any point prior to completion. He subsequently filed a mechanics' lien against my property over these charges.

Hired to remodel a bathroom. Told me that my expectation time will be about 2 working weeks, instead the job was completed to the A rating in 6 business days. Will hire again.

It was a major bathrroom remodel with everything gutted to accomplish some changes to the layout. I am happy with all the work that was done. Ceramic tile floor and shower, redoing walls, painting, and installing the Vanities, including Crown Molding etc. Everything was done on schedule and I would not hesitate to hire YB Contracting again.

They do a great job on time and on budget. Execellent to work with. Our bathroom remodel turned out great.

Very professional and they know their businness. We had some changes during the project and all was done perfectly and on time.

The contractors were exactly on time, courteous, worked very efficiently to get the work done and discussed questions I had and cleaned up neatly after the work. I was very happy and will hire them again and have referred them already to a few friends.
