Write a ReviewAgreed upon timing of our paint project was 5 days, project ended up taking 7 days. There were multiple times in the project where we had to point out areas that had not been completed. The workers on the first day were supposed to show up at 8am but didn?t arrive till 5pm. On the second day the workers left for lunch at 12 and didn?t return till 4pm. Timing and communication of the project was very unprofessional. We did not get trim done but there are multiple areas around the house where paint made it on the trim and it is not an eye sore. We would not recommend Ybarra
This was a full master bathroom remodel (sans vanity). I removed the shower and tub to put in a clawfoot tub, which required moving to plumb and re-leveling the floor, which is when I brought in Ybarra. New floor tile and tile on the walls around the tub. Included installation of shower and tub faucet fixture as well as the shower curtain enclosure, hardware (towel rack, etc ), one new light fixture, and painting of the walls after completion. 1. Floor tiles: I had small tiles on a mat, the floor was installed, and I immediately noted the large gaps between each mat of tiles. When asked to redo it, they tried to only redo half. When I said that was not good enough, they finally bought more tile and re-tiled the floor. The second time was not much better, there are random missing tiles around the edge, the black grout was not properly mixed and there are white chunks in the grout, as well as carpet fibers and holes all over. 2. Rough-in of piping: All the piping was roughed in incorrectly (and redone at least once), so the installation of the tub and free-standing faucet looks terrible and is off-center. I have tiles that came up under the faucet because of the poor roughing in. 3. Attention to Detail. There was none! I have 20-30 pics of holes in the grout, and paint splatter left after they left, they did not seal the grout as requested, the tub was not fully installed and moved, nor does it drain. The shower curtain assembly was not installed correctly and it fell within the first week. They scratched up the countertops of my vanity. Additionally, I installed my sink faucet after and pulled a huge clump of grout/concrete from the P-trap.
Ybarra completely damaged our hardwood floors, used our Dyson vacuum to clean up THEIR mess, and left hardened polyurethane on our kitchen countertops and down the slate stairwell of the front door! They sent over a manager that was rude and completely inconsiderate. They screwed up 100% of the flooring and left grooves from the sander all over the floors. To top it off, they do NOT want to accept responsibility and want to try and fix it. I would never let them in our house again. I would recommend never letting them in your house.
We had our kitchen done but didnâ  t do any cabinetry which meant sticking to the layout and dimensions we had. They did the tiling, counter, backsplash and paint. They stuck to the budget we had discussed. The kitchen looks completely new so their hard work paid off and we love our new kitchen! We were so pleased with the results.
They subbed out 100% of work and only collect money. They hired contractors took 9 instead of the 4-5 weeks they stated. It was bad communication and they would only come by, take a look, and didn't do anything. The actual finished work was excellent due to the subcontractors they hired.
My wife and I were so please with the amazing job they did in our bathroom, the shower just looks gorgeous and these gentleman were kind and professional. I would definitely recommend them .
They had to fix a part of my roof and handrail, even though it was a short job, they did excellent. I was very satisfied with the outcome . They are reliable and I would definitely work with them for any future projects at my home. Thank you !
Excellent contractor! One of the best I worked with and I worked with many of them. Ybarra Professional Builders remodeled my bathroom and final outcome is spectacular. Their working team was easy to work with, professional, disciplined and friendly. They did everything as they promised at the start, project was finished on time within budget and quality is even better than I expected. My bathroom turned out perfect, it's beautiful and I am fully satisfied with functionality! Thanks!
We just completed a remodel of our kitchen with Ybarra Professional Builders. The timeline and the cost were right in line with the estimate they gave us at the beginning of the process. They were professional, on time, consistently respectful of our needs, as we lived in our home during this process. Our new kitchen looks amazing, so beautiful and we all love it! We would recommend Ybarra Professional Builders to anyone!
Raphael did a wonderful presentation, which is why I decided to go with this Company, he helped me choose the paint color for the house. Overall I am happy with the results, thank you Raphael.
