I called the company several times before I got an appointment. The contractor on site was very professional. He was going to call me several days later with a plan on what needs to be fixed after inspecting and tuning the AC. However, he did not call back... I am not sure what to do now. Shall I call someone else?

Arrived promptly, checked everything over and explained what they were doing. Great service.

Although I I was promised a receipt for credit card payment the day of services, I never received one. I followed-up with a voicemail and e-mail within the month - but, have yet to receive a response, re: receipt.

Rasheed was prompt and very professional throughout the entire process, he walked me through everything and explained thoroughly what was being done. He took several readings and showed me how a few minor maintenance tips would make my system more efficient. We were very satisfied with his service. He even followed up the next day with a courtesy call just to check on things. We will hire him again when the season change to ensure a warm winter. We will also recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services

Confusing - during our inspection they didn't catch anything wrong with the capacitor, and the AC was working, but somehow shortly after that the mechanic said the capacitor got disconnected.

Good. Very punctual and effecient

The person missed a loose pipe, clearly dislodged and in plain view, leading to the sump pump. I had been promised a written report, with detailed readings. After THREE requests, incl. contacting the boss and TWO week delay I got a yes/no sheet. Including NO for any disconnected pipes. I paid 40$ for this, and another 60 for an ACTUAL professional to come out and connect the pipe.

My breaker switch for the AC kept shutting off, but he said everything was running fine. I had an electrician come out and he ended up replacing the electrical panel. He said if it still switches off, then it is an AC issue, not an issue with the electrical panel. This week, it shut off again. I called A1 and asked them to come back out. I asked for a receipt for the trip, and he said he would email it to me. He charged me $100 for a service call and replaced the dual unit AC capacitor for an additional $227. This should have been a follow up call, and he shouldn't have charged me the $100 since he said everything was fine before. There was no mention of that $100 when he came. The capacitor costs $30 and it took him 10 minutes to replace it. If he had located this issue when I first had him out, I wouldn't have paid an additional $100 charge or the $900 I paid for the new electrical panel!

It is 92 degrees and I am cool. One part needed replacing and another part he said would reduce the cost of running it. I will have him back in the fall to check my heater.
