I've had Ron service our in-unit furnace for several years now and have always found him extremely conscientious and professional. He also replaced the furnace a couple of years back when it broke and that bigger job also went very well, with a cost that is in line with prices quoted on the Internet. Unlike some other contractors where the agreed time is just an indication of when you can expect to start waiting, Ron has often called on the day to ask if he can show up early, which is great because I'm not waiting around all day.
