Joe Fisher ,the owner, called the day we put in the search for roofing help. He was very personable and friendly. He talked a great deal about himself ,family and his roofing experience so we hired him. I was a little disappointed we never received the formal typed contract. He related stories his assets were frozen and he brought another hand written paper? The roof appears to be fine so far and the flashing is holding up. His methods are a little shaky so I don't know about the warranty but so far so good!

Adelphia did my other roofs about 2 months ago this time they did my front porch roof on a rental property. They did a great job again.

After he replaced the side roof on Dec 30, 2016, I only received a receipt but no warranty certificate. I have contacted him many times to request for that warranty certificate. He promised, promised, and promised to look into it. To this date that warranty is still up in the air. On Jan 22, 2017, little over a month, a new leak showed up on the wall, right under the ceiling. I contacted him by phone and texted him with photo. He only returned by text and blamed there was other cause like the full gutter needs to be replaced. He did not even bother to take a look first and already draw a conclusion there was another cause. If the gutter was the ultimate cause then the leak should be at the same spot, not at a different spot. It does not make a sense. I believe he has done a good job for many of these reviewers. The purpose of my review is not to damage his business reputation because that does not help me to solve the problem. I just want him to honor the service he has been paid for and move forward to resolving the issue. I will definitely update my review if a positive outcome arrives.

"This review is completely unfair and not at all what happen. This customer was made aware that this roof we did may are maynot stop the leak she was having I could not have been anymore clear... The customer here has a large home with ALL SLATES BAD!!! AND ALL 60 feet of pole gutter bad above the roof. I told her this, I provided her pictures of this, And called her 4-5 times after the work was completed. She even called and text me a few times to tell me how happy she was after a few snow and heavy rains she had no leaks. Her roof only leaked after A 60 mph wind driven rain noreaster. Her entire top manzart wall has missing slates, cracked slates, and holes in the wall, the dormers, and what not. This review is a case of doing the least as possible to stop the problem and once there is a problem trying to blame us who explained in great detail that all your roof should be done. Sorry that you are not happy We would be happy to install an entire new roof on your wall and your pole gutter that will gurantee to stop all problems.."

Joe showed me before and after pictures of my roof. I could see where the repairs were made. The after pictures really looked great. Adelphia had to wait a couple of days before they could do the job because of the rain. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about roofing. I am very pleased. Joe said to let him know if I had any problems and he would fix it. I know repairs don't last forever. I plan on getting a complete roof in about a 12 to 18 months. I will definitely call Adelphia Roofing to do the job.

I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price. I have dealt with a number of roofers over the years and by far this is my best experience. I highly recommend Adelphia Roofing Systems for your roofing needs.

We called adelphia roofing systems after we heard a very loud noise that shook our entire home, joe from adelphia roofing came out as scheduled we found out that a old tv satellite dish blew over and caused a small hole, what we did not know is that a large part of our roof blew up and off roof joe took photos and shared them with myself and my family, joe assured us he would have a crew come back and install a tarp temporarily until he and his company could come back to install our roof- although they were very busy he moved some customers around and fit us in 3 days later- all went well our roof is great and leak free thanks joe and adelphia Roofiing systems for a job well done

All went well very smooth and efficient I meant Joe from adelphia roofing systems at my home I showed him two different leaks I was having from there he went on my roof snapped photos of my roof was very good at explaining what was wrong we signed contacts scheduled work about a week or so. I then took Joe to my elderly parents home where Joe said there roof was not as bad as mine but we decided to do both roofs. After roofs were completed the form an Eric showed us photo's of excellent new white rubber roofs new copper drain boxes and even cemented my chimney. Very pleased with Joe and his company adelphia roofing systems. Thanks to Joe and his crew.

I have nothing but great things to say about adelphia roofing systems. The office manager was great and I do apologize her name is slipping my mind but I believe its nici. Any we set up appointment for joe to come out and eveulate my roofs we have two kinds of roofs shingles and flat roofs. He was excellent so so very thorough and knowlegable about both kinds of roofs I knew within a few minutes he was our guy. From there he drew up contracts where I signed and two days later was on adelphias schedule. The guys showed up secured my entire property with tarps and caution tape tore off all roofs down to wood they had to install few sheets of plwood six I after they completes the roofs the clean up was top notch. I highly recommend adelphia roofing systems...

Adelphia roofing made this entire experience easy and & a pleasure, i called the office spoke with nicole there office secretary where we set up a date and time for them to come to my house to inspect my roof , as promised joe showed up on time from there he asked me he could take a look at the leaks from inside he took his boots off went upstairs looked at the two leaks in my bedroom. He then explained a few things then went on roof and snapped few pictures he showed me them explained in very good detail whats wrong with my roof, why this happen to my roof, and whats needs to be done to correct it. From there joe drew up a very professional contract which i signed , we set up a date and time to have my new roof installed. The day it was installed his crew showed up they were professional, ontime, clean, professional and professional looking. After work / roof was complete mike the foreman showed me pictures of my new white rubber roof, my new skylight and copper drainbox- my experience with joe and his company was excellent thank you guys....

It went very smoothly from the receptionist to the guys that actually came out everyone was kind considerate they work around my schedule which was very convenient for me they were professional they left no debris on my property they cleaned up after themselves and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done

The job went absolutely great the owner himself named joe came out and he was very professional and explained things to me in a way that i would understand. He went up into my room and took several pictures and then explain to me why my roof was leaking and I needed a new roof I could see it was obvious I would like to say it I would definitely use a Delphia Roofing again in the future and I would highly recommend them thanks though for coming out and taking care of my roof and being very respectful and helpful sincerely William wible...

Fabulous! Fabulos! Fabulous! There are not enough words to explain how amazing joe and his company Adelphia roofing are to me. I was immediately impreseed when i called the office and spoke to a woman named nicole she was very through, answered all my questions, i from there booked Adelphia Roofing Systems to come to my home for a estimate. If you only knew what i been threw up to that point, 1 roofing company a no show- another 2 or maybe 3 answering machines i left messages with no call back from any, then my favorite one the roofing company who sent a man to my home drunk- like he just left the tap room after a 12 session lol i cant make this up. Then there was joe!!! Joe from Adelphia Roofing Systems, we had a 1pm appointment. Dont you know at 12:52 pm my phone rings, Hi this is joe from Adelphia Roofing Systems i am enroute to your home, i am running 3-4 minutes behind i am sorry for the inconvenience, i was very impressed, once joe arrived at my house he asked if he could come in and see the leaks i was having, i showed him them all explained to me why this was happening, he went on my roof and took many photos, he explained to me why this was occuring, explained how they were going to fix my roof. His crew that day was great big thank you to eric, mike, & brian, as promised eric the foreman showed me all the pictures of my new white rubber roof- yay! I have a roofer for life.
