Work performed was fine but made a mess of the house. Tar tracked all over new carpets and refused to pay for cleaning or respond.

Please, do not waste your time with these people. They have good intentions but thats about it. They did okay work but their customer service skills are really lacking. It took them an extra eight days to complete the job. They started and stopped work frequently and did not properly removed the material. They cleaned the most of the trash but again left material. Also I had to call them frequently to find out when they would conclude the work. They had personal issues going on which i considered before i wrote this critque. Lastly I never received a receipt for the work that was done. I had to ask four times for a receipt and i still have not received it. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

Great work, great people. Only didn’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t accept debit/ credit cards or checks. Only cash, Venmo or cash app. All the work and the price was perfect and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Very responsive! My roof was leaking and in need of repair and then some! Affordable came out to the address the next day after I posted the job request and provided an estimate. Scheduled the work for the following day and they completed it and even went above and beyond and re-coated a large area around the leak. Very good pricing and worked clean. Definitely recommend. Good people and easy to deal with.

We like these guys and get the sense it is a pretty new company and we suggest that they find a way to both accept credit cards instead of electronic payments like venmo and get a hitch on the trailer to take the trash away.
