"Thank you for your kind words. To clarify for everyone else who may read this we do our best to get all of our reports out by the next day. Occasionally a property or circumstances will not allow this, and we do our best to let our clients know ahead of time. My wife was very close to going into labor at the time of this inspection, which slowed down my response times. Member, you are correct with everything you wrote, and I do sincerely apologize for the delay. I look forward to working with you again when you find your house. As well, I'll have pictures of Maya Rose, my beautiful little baby girl when I see you next. Good luck with your hunt."
"I am sorry this customer is so upset. This is the first I am hearing of it, and the inspection was performed more than a year ago. Included with the report are pictures of the roof, which I did have to go back to get on. I did need a 40' ladder, which is not required of home inspectors; however APEX does own such a ladder, and will use it whenever necessary. Also in the report is information about roof damage and concerns, and staining at the garage. I think it is quite unfortunate that I was never contacted about these concerns when they arose, as I would have happily returned to the property to follow up. I have many very happy clients, and I have no problem returning to a property that I've inspected if my clients have questions or concerns. There is no mention in my report of a "damaged" hose bibb at the garage. I am not sure where this comment is coming from. There is mention of finding water leaks at their walk-through. The inspection was over one year ago, why not contact me immediately if there is a concern with the work that I performed, I would have happily made good on any concerns that my clients have. To also be upset with me that your car doesn't fit in the garage suggests that there may be buyers remorse and that they are simply looking for someone to point the blame at. I can't imagine any home inspector would say your car will or will not fit in a garage. As you can see from the other comments from past clients there is typically a high level of satisfaction. I am very sorry that this client is so upset with our services, although our report seems to address their concerns that they have listed here."
