Everything went great even helped us remove the old stove as well.

Would not recommend Glenn. I wish I read these reviews before hiring him and learned the hard way of what happens when you hire the first person that calls you. I had Glenn come and fix my Dryer circuit board and to be fair to Glenn, he came the day i put the bid out and fixed the dryer the next day… But in the process he detached the vent and now our whole downstairs gets extremely hot and dusty. I texted Glenn about this and he assured me he would come and fix it but instead blew me off three separate times he said he would come and fix it and hung up on me one time I called… Now i have to have another person come out and fix it. I really wish I had read the previous comments as it seems like this same exact scenario has happened multiple times.

They double what should have been charged.

I can't say enough good things about Glenn from Appliance Pro! He came out very fast, identified the problem and fixed the dryer and also identified a problem with my washer and overhead light! He's so talented and I felt I was in good hands! Price was so reasonable, too! I will definitely recommend him to my friends and relatives!

He came out gave me an estimate of almost 900.00. He repaired the double oven but had to take it out and never put it back in the eight place. He also never fixed my fridge or dishwasher and ran off with almost 800.00 and does not respond to calls or text messages. Do not book with him he will steal your money!!!

Urgently needed my fridge fixed as it had stopped cooling and freezing. I received a call immediately and they came out same day. The problem was fixed quickly. It seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing and then some. He was also patient and spoke with my landlord to fill her in. He provided me with the necessary paperwork I needed for my landlord. He also fixed a small dryer issue I was having and checked out that appliance for me as well. Super friendly and would/will definitely use again!

OMG!!! He was Super Kool.... I called and he was here in 15 minutes. Very professional and polite. He even fixed another problem I had. Would definitely hire him again.
