Hottest day of the year, July 20th 2019....115 degree heat index. I am sitting in the A/C. Surfing for deals on Angies ASAP had a great deal. I called for the deal. Within an hour Sal was here, on my driveway and new garage door was replaced in less than 1 hour. Sal was very personable, polite and punctual. He is also licensed and carries insurance. Sal is also a General Contractor and can be utilized for any variety of project.

Very well. Called on a Sunday night because the garage door wouldn't close and was worried about home security. Was relieved that he came within 2 hours of my call and was pleased with the work that was done. My only complaint was the cost, which I thought was higher because of the immediacy of response.

I got the $249 deal from Angie's List to replace the torsion springs on my 7'x16' door (within specs for the deal). Deal specifies parts and labor. On calling, I was up-sold an extra $50 because the $249 deal only included low quality springs, and $50 more would get me the best quality. Sal was very courteous on the phone, so I said OK. On arrival the tech was very professional, but then I got up-sold again saying the wire cables were not included. He wanted $90 for the pair. I protested, and he called Sal, and they gave they lowered to $70. I said go ahead, understanding that I would include in my review. Other than that, the job went smoothly. They were on time, the tech was very pleasant and efficient. The job was done quickly and cleanly and the door works fine. Overall I was satisfied, but the up-selling bothered me. Total was $249 + $50 + $70 + tax. I was happy enough to tip the tech.

My garage door would only open by keeping my hand on the door's wall control located on the inside. If I moved my hand the door would stop. The only other option was to open and close the door manually. I called A.S.A.P, and Sal was very responsive. He said he could come out that evening on the same day I called. I asked if I could schedule another day, and was able to get an appointment the next day. Sal and his assistant arrived at my house at the appointed time. They were very polite, and professional. He explained the problem, and gave me the option of a quick fix, or a new garage door opener with sensors. Since my door is about 30 years old, I decided to have him replace the opener with a new one. Now my door works perfectly. I will definitely recommend him to a friend.

Both springs were broken on my double garage door. The repair was completed very quickly, efficiently and professionally. Sal and his colleague did great work. They arrived in less than 1.5 hrs from my initial call on a late Saturday afternoon. They were very nice and good to work with. They also added a few additional screws to the attached aluminum bar to sturdy the door as a courtesy. They also install garage openers, do exterior garage trim work and install new doors. I will hire them again to do some of this work later this summer.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by ASAP. I called because my garage door would not open and I could not go to work. Very responsive...arrived at my home in less than an hour. The service guy had all necessary parts in the truck...he was polite and professional. Now my door is working as good as new.

The service was excellent. Sal was great, explained everything to me from a to z, answered all my questions, no problem and I will recommend him to anybody I know.

The project went great. From the very start, Sal was very responsive and provided honest and accurate feedback on various questions related to the project.
