Rick here, I am rehabing my gramma's house and needed to get my electric up to code. Bill, the owner came out when he promised to, gave a great quote that was several hundred dollars below the "chain electric business". He was friendly, personable did great work and followed up to make sure we were happy. We're going to use the business again when we need to add a circuit for a workshop. Great experience!!

Was here the next day and only took an hour and a half to find and fix my electrical problem. And I was surely happy with the price of the job.

The contractor was professional, knowledgeable, he made me aware of other issues, he explained very clearly all of them. I was very pleased with the information provided, he was timely, efficient. Also, the city inspector was very pleased with the results.

Bill and his crew tackled a job they have never seen before or done before. The job was quite unique in its design and they performed the task of attaching to the ceiling as well as the electrical in a professional ,absolute immaculate job! My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, consideration,courtesy ,timely manner, everything that is essential for a Quality job performance!

Our electrician Bill was very knowledgeable, courteous, and worked quickly. He swapped the light fixtures in our whole ranch inside and out. As he was leaving, he noticed we were still using regular light bulbs on our track lighting, and that we could save energy by switching to LED. He happens to have spare LED bulbs in his truck. Brad then proceeded to change all the track light bulbs without extra charge. We are happy with the service and would recommend Assurance Factor Electric. "Bill is THE EXPERT!!! He provides exceptional work and service in everything he does!!! We have now had him do alot of work on our old house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! Our first job with I called him on the first and he was out to review the big project. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and had us cooled off in no time! Since then we have had him fix all kinds of odds and ends old house issues we had ignored and accumulated for years, gave us new dedicated plugs for everywhere, added indoor/outdoor lights/fans and switches throughout the house and put in a beautiful new panel. Our house is old and tried to throw him alot of wrenches, no problem for Bill. He has decades of experience and amazing patience that guides him through whatever surprises your house may try to toss his way. Bill’s work is meticulously planned out and executed to perfection! Do not contract with this person they will not complete as expected. Stay away.

They are liars and NOT ACTUALLY STATE LICENSED! Never finished our contracted job. Asked for more money for materials because costs went up and now he is ghosting. Never acquired a permit. Turns out... Bill Houser does not even have an electrical license. Uses his uncles license who works for a different company. Do not hire and do not trust them.
