Jojo was amazing! She was very friendly and attended to my needs. I had one issue with the pricing (I was told the service would cost one price, but it was more when the job was completed). I would totally recommend them and use them again!

I have hired a couple other housecleaners from Angie's List and they all have been great. but JoJo from BBRJ - absolutely THE BEST! Her and her aunt were absolutely fabulous! Their work was impeccable and I feel super comfortable with them coming to my home. JoJo will be my new steady housecleaner for sure. Can't tell you how pleased I am with their service!

The best $159 I ever spent. Jojo, her aunt, and Brian did a deep cleaning of my house. I NEVER knew my house could be so clean! They spent over 4 hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. They dusted ceiling fans, scrubbed bathrooms, moved and vacuumed furniture, wiped doors and door jambs and MUCH more! They are EXTREMELY hard workers and a pleasure to have in your home. They are kind, honest, and TERRIFIC cleaners and people. I HIGHLY recommend Jojo and her team. THANK YOU!!!!

Josie did an amazing job thoroughly cleaning our house! We really wanted someone who could clean all the hard to reach areas and get rid of all the excess dust since we had just remodeled. We've used other cleaning services in the past, but were unhappy with the amount of dust that still remained in the house. We were very impressed with how our house looked after using Josie and Team. The floors were very shiny, everything was clear of dust - even the walls had been scrubbed down. I needed another cleaning service a few months later to prepare for a family get-together, and Josie was available to help right away. I would definitely recommend them!

Such a great job again! The house always looks wonderful and feels and smells so fresh and clean. I trust BBRJ to take care of everything and it is a big relief to have a nice clean home. Brian and Jojo did an absolutely outstanding job of cleaning my house! Dusted, vacuumed, swept, mopped. They also cleaned out my fridge(which was a horrid mess and needed cleaning badly). I am disabled and find it difficult to do such an immense undertaking. I am so totally proud to show my home to my mother now!! I am so totally grateful for their help!!

This experience was terrible. I am very upset with both Angie's List and this cleaning company. I made an appointment almost 3 weeks in advance and never got appropriate responses on the timing or the price. Eventually I got a confirmed time but no one would ever give me a price. After the timing was confirmed I was called a day before asking if I could change my time to later in the day and I said I couldn't and was given a long description of the woman's day and how Tuesday is usually her day off so she runs errands. However, this time was confirmed 2.5 weeks earlier. She still wouldn't give me a price. Then her husband shows up and sits in my driveway for 45 min but doesn't have any cleaning supplies. They did a good job cleaning the house but then said the charge was $400 for a extremely small house. I am so disappointed in this service and frankly won't use Angie's List anymore because of this recommendation alone.

It was a very bad experience, I have to tell each and every place that needs to be cleaned again and again, and finally they forgot to clean my refrigerator after couple of remainders they said we have to empty the refrigerator for them to clean. The don't even know the kind of hard wood we have and the kind of cleaning to be performed on the hardwood. I dont recommend them or will not hire them again. T

I started using their services since November 2017. I've always had the same cleaners, Jojo and Brian, come out and I love them. They do such beautiful work. I feel like Jojo's become even a handyman for me. One visit she told me my toilet wasn't working right and went ahead and just fix it. I had another plumber come out, for another reason, and mentioned she did the work correctly. She loves what she does and you can tell by the quality of her work. I always enjoy their company. She really goes the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Had BBRJ clean again. We have been using them all the time for routine cleanings and the House always looks great. Kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. Bedrooms nice and tidy. They were awesome. They came in and spent about 4 hours cleaning. We got home and it was flawless. It looked like a upscale hotel. They did things we didn’t even expect to get done. Looking forward to working with Jojo and Bryan monthly. Very awesome people and pleasant too. Made this a very positive experience.

Always wonderful to have my house cleaned by BBRJ. She does a great job and is so nice to deal with. She and her family are like part of our family now! The kitchen is spotless - stove, cabinets, floors, everything. Sofas are cleaned even under the cushions! Floors are mopped and carpets are vacuumed. Even my kids' rooms that are cluttered get tidied up and dusted and vacuumed. It is so nice to have someone that I trust that does such a great job again and again. I was amazed at the work they did. The cleaners are very friendly, professional, and on-time. I've had a number of cleaners over the years and I've never had anybody do as wonderful of a job as they did. I intend on having them come out every other week and I'd recommend their services to anybody.

Josie and Bryan were fantastic! Such care and professionalism from both of them. They didn’t just come in and clean, they came and made me feel comfortable right from the beginning.
