Great experience with Cali Chimney Sweep! Deni came out to our home in Cazadero to clean and inspect our fireplace and chimney. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure that the area was clean when he finished. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable chimney and fireplace service

Dani and his company are amazing and I would definitely hire him again. Super professional and gave great repair options rather than try to sell me new items I didn’t need. Damaged cap blew off in the winter and we needed regular chimney sweep and repair stuff also. He gave me a great price and options. He was well organized and worked with my schedule so o get the job done. If you need an estimate for work, definitely include him because he’s great.

Dani was awesome! Our chimney cap blew off last winter and we also needed some repair work in addition to a good chimney sweep and clean. He was very professional and gave me great repair solutions without replacing everything. I would absolutely recommend his company and I’m excited to call him out again when we need service with our fireplace. I also have a small fireplace in the studio and asked him to clean that also, but he checked it out and told me I actually didn’t need to clean it because since I barely use it. I really appreciate the way he conducts business and know he didn’t try to sell me a service I actually didn’t need. So I hope you call him if you need an estimate for chimney work.

Company responded immediately to my initial inquiry thru' Angi, and responded to my initial questions. Set up apt. for service a week out and vendor kept in contact at all times re arrival window, arrival time etc. Deni arrived at expected/communicated time, explained job to be done, took before & after photos etc. and was very very careful to cover surrounding area of fireplace and clean up job was great. I didn't have to do any clean up work. Also got clothes dryer vent cleaned out. A very good experience from start to finish. Deni has very good communication skills.

Dani was punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly given the job, meticulously tidy! After a problem with a subcontractor they return and did a great job and return part of the money we pay to the subcontractor. the subcontractor not longer has the job.

Great. Arrived on time, good communication on line before and after. Left the fireplace area clean and explained what would be done before doing it. Inspected and repaired the top of the Chimney, per our request. I will hire this company again.

Avoid this company. There pricing model is a complete sham - they quote you a price before they come out to your property and as soon as they are in the door, that pricing model changes, and you are charged a completely different rate which is significantly more. Their work quality also leaves a lot to be desired. Their employee allegedly repaired the mortar in our fireplace only for the "new" mortar to flake away after less than 4 fires. We were charged $250 for this project for shooting some caulk that costs $8 at the hardware tore into the crack. What a joke. When we informed them that the caulk was breaking away, they did send someone out to repair the issue but that work also left a lot to be desired. It was done haphazardly, messy, and I had to clean up the excess caulk after the workman left. I'd expect more for what they charged. Save yourself some money and piece of mind and hire a different company.
