This is a company of crooks. I was given one price, and after the truck was loaded, they double-charged me and said that if I wanted to have them unload they would still charge me. Once I received my items, there were items stolen. Katie said they were misplaced and they would locate them. After a week of looking, the items were never located. I filed an insurance claim and 6 months later no claim has been filed or received. I even asked for their insurance company information and I was told by Katie she cannot provide that to me. Then she stopped replying to phone calls and texts. I needed a trusted company that would handle the belongings of my family after losing my wife and they preyed on that! They are crooks beyond crooks, I will be filing charges and a civil suit against them. Never Use California Exodus Moving and Storage if you need movers or storage. They will rob you!

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Hired them based on a very friendly employee named. He told quoted me a price and I was pleased. I filled out forms to verify precisely what I would be moving. I gave a deposit of $1,000 and owed $4,000. When the movers arrived, a completely different price was given = DOUBLE what I had been told: $10,000.00! SCAM!!! They delivered my belongings, however, there was only one (1) mover that showed!!! Result= my husband and I had to help! Also, they DID NOT put together a cabinet which they had said they would. Ultimately, I filed a claim for $2,000 worth of damaged goods and they offered me $79.00 which I refused. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and perhaps pursuing criminal charges.

I was robbed or scammed by Exodus 3 times. The first time, they doubled the price upon packing. The second time, they did not deliver half of my furniture (still missing after six months). The pieces delivered were broken or damaged. The third time, they denied my claim because I wrote a review to the BBB. They are scammers and crooks. Horrible services, liars, rude and take no responsibility for their business mistakes. They make the customer feel guilty and call us stupid. I do not even see my reviews here. The people that came to my house to pack and deliver were not professionals, you could see that they picked up anyone in the streets to do the job, they do not speak English and looked terrible, and you can see that they are not their employees. They do not even know the name of the company they are working for, I asked, and they do not know. One of them broke into my safe to steal, luckily, I removed my jewelry from there. Trying to speak with owners or real managers is impossible, maybe they do not have them there. They say they are a family and Christian company, all lies. I still do not have my furniture and other belongings after paying them $16,000.00 to move from California to Florida. The thieves have it. Report this company to the police and BBB, please. Read other reviews anywhere you can find, I am not the only one.

They double the price and took my deposit stating that I refused the service. I refused to pay double for these hoodlums. I would not use these guys if they were the last ones on the plant. And they got me with that they take care of Veterans. God save their souls.

This company is so unprofessional I sent them the pictures and measurements so that I could have an accurate quote. I sent them a down payment of $ 1673.00. When the SP arrived at my place on the day of the moving they tried to charge me double the price and because I did not agree to it they left and stated that they will not give me my deposit.

The crew was very efficient in all aspects of the move. Very conscientious about handling furniture and making sure furniture and boxes were placed in appropriate rooms. Would recommend and intend for future moves.

This was the second time I used California Exodus Moving & Storage and they were just as fantastic as the first time. They are fast, careful, friendly, and accommodating. The movers were excellent and even helped us fit everything into our storage unit. I will always use California Exodus Moving & Storage.

They took my deposit money and did NOT show up for my move . I had to drive all the way to South Carolina to close on my home, and all of my belongings are still 3,000 miles away. It is caused me an enormous amount of stress and additional storage fees, replacement costs, etc. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with, and refuse to return my money even though they provided no service for it. They are thieves, and now that I have researched them there are identical stories all over the internet. They should be in jail.

We just moved from CA to NY and we are happy we chose California Exodus Moving and Storage to help us with the move. They worked quickly and were nice, which made a move less stressful. Thanks for charging reasonable prices.

California Exodus Moving and Storage was great from the start. They were very flexible scheduling times. When the movers arrived they were great and could move even a giant couch out of the balcony without a scratch.

Having Brennan and his team work was an incredible experience. They helped me pack my belongings and handled them with great care. This one had been the smoothest throughout my several relocations over the past years. They were punctual brilliant and well versed and provided excellent service. Absolutely without a doubt suggest it.

My movers were so fast professional and kind. Their efficiency and attention to detail were beyond what I was expecting. They made my move that I was dreading a total breeze. Got done in less than given time from a studio to 1 Bedroom . From the start with customer care these movers were attentive knowledgeable and flexible. First time my family has used the service. Had an amazing experience with this moving company. Jordan and his co-worker were extremely professional and they were able to move all of my items even with no elevator available. Could not have done it without them. Highly recommend that if you are looking for a quick and painless move. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Outstanding service for our move out storage and then move into our new house. Brilliant moving team on the moving days led by Jonathan for whom everything was as easy as a piece of cake. We also used them to deep clean the new house which was carried out to an excellent standard.

They did a great job moving everything into our new house. The crew efficiently packed up all our large furniture pieces with extra wrap. They had very reasonable straightforward rates. We enjoyed hiring them.

The guys called on their way showed up on time. They were very efficient in packing up. They did not make stops from the pickup to the drop off location. They unloaded efficiently as well. All the guys were very professional and polite.

Maxwell and the team did a fantastic job in helping us move from CA to NY. After the initial quote, communication with the team was excellent and we had packaging materials dropped off. The day of the move went quick smooth and hassle free. Highly recommended.

2 men showed up exactly on time for my move. They went right to work wrapping up furniture. These guys worked nonstop and never even seemed to mind the hot day. They unloaded and unwrapped set up everything and took all trash with them. Great experience.

Very good moving company. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule and moved me . They ensured my furniture was wrapped and secure for transport and loaded and unloaded in a timely manner. The guys were nice polite and professional. I would surely recommend this moving company.
