Not only did the guys do a great job of cleaning and deodorizing my sofas ( 2 ) and love seats ( 2 ), they noticed that my carpet needed some cleaning and they did that at no charge. They worked hard until the job was done right. I know that I'll be recommending them to any of my friends that might need furniture or rug cleaning in the future.

Cris Benson did a great job for me. My berber carpet hadn't been cleaned in about 7 years and was in bad shape. Cris did what had to be done to bring them back. I was impressed by his attention to detail, eliminating various stains, and giving this old carpet a new life. I will definitely use him and his firm again.

I contacted Cris at this company for upholstery cleaning and he was just great from the get-go. Responsive communication. Personable on arrival, responsible throughout. Took his work seriously and did a great job! I kept adding more pieces for him to do and he just went with it and did each one with thorough professionalism: 2 sofas and 3 upholstered chairs. And they all look great! I can't imagine why I waited so long to do this! Highly highly recommend.

We had a first-rate experience with this business. Cris responded immediately after my post on Angie’s List for carpet cleaners. There were several things that stood out with this company. He was willing to fit me in to accommodate our immediate need to have several large rooms cleaned and deodorized for Thanksgiving. I truly was expecting to hear that it would have to be closer to Christmas. I reached out on a Thursday and today, Saturday. Chris arrived at the scheduled time after texting me to confirm. He was professional, personable, and very kind. My rugs look so beautiful that they actually do look new!As a matter of fact since they looked so great, Chris offered to do a few more of the rugs to pull it all together for the holidays. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris and our experience with his company. Pricing was beyond reasonable. If you’re tired of the big companies coming in and doing a so-so job, hire Chris Benson while you support small businesses.
