George and his team did a great job at a large interior condominium project. We couldn't have asked for more personal service and professionalism. We would highly recommend CertaPro again.

George and his crew are currently 3/4 of the way through painting and restoring various parts of our exterior. I can highly recommend them for their services. They are courteous, clean and detailed with painting our home. We own an old Vicky with some ornamentation. George helped us with choosing a color scheme, advising which colors hold up the best. He and Suzanne are always available to answer questions and concerns. A very fine and professional outfit, indeed.

We needed help with the exterior of our home which was peeling badly, so we knew a reputable firm would be necessary to get the job done right. George explained all the work that needed to be done, scheduled the time out and continued to check in as the job progressed. Johnny the manager and his team were organized, diligently scraped and sanded the aging exterior, answered many questions and were very neat and clean. We are happy and proud to look at our house now.

Very well. Met with owner, who gave estimate then met with operations manager determine colors, etc. Job began but was put on hold until roof was done by another contractor. All workers were very professional and polite. Completed work within schedule.

Very positive experience.  Price was good relative to other bids received.  Quote was received very quickly.  Crew on site was professional, courteous and responsive.  Any questions or issues were addressed immediately with no problems.  Attention to detail in the actual painting was very good (e.g., edges of trim were painted completely and drips of trim color on siding were cleaned off). They cleaned up at the end of each day, stored their materials in designated area, and cleaned up entire site well at the end of the job.  They even washed the windows to remove all dust and dirt from project.  A pleasant surprise. In short, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. On budget.  On time.  Anyone looking for painters, hire these guys!     <br />

I was generally satisfied, might have given them a A-  if it was offered as a score.   <br /> I am not sure any painters would rate a perfect rating, but these guys did the job and were clean and timely. <br /> It is very important to communicate expectations with your on-site guy. Painting goes fast so you can't really sit on any issues.  They were quite responsive to articulated needs. <br /> I did the paint selection, so don't know about that service. <br />

Lydia the Residential Sales Associate was great. She was responsive to my calls and emails and was very professional. The paint consultant, can't remember her name, blew off our consulting appointment. That was frustrating as I took time off of work for her no-show. The actual painters did an okay job. I was disappointed with some aspects of their work. They did not tape off windows nor hardwood stairs so when they painted baseboards and window trim, there was no nice, clean line. Paint got on my windows (which are hard to reach so a pain in he neck effort for me to razor off) and on my hardwood stair treads. Shame about that. Wish they'd taken the time to tape, then this could have been a pretty positive review. <br />

They were accommodating and easy to work with, they left the house clean every day, and they did a great job.  Furthermore, it was easy getting in touch and communicating with them about the work.

The service went very well.

They were very knowledgeable about the painting issues I had with my house, they were honest about their inability to do some painting in the back, and they referred me to a company that could do the work which was helpful.  Furthermore, the price was good, and they did a great job without leaving a mess.

We live in San Francisco's Outer Sunset district, 10 blocks from the Pacific Ocean.  Strong winds and storms, fog, salt air. House built in 1939. <br /> We had a bad experience with another, cheaper, painting company years ago.  We then found CertaPro and really appreciate working with true professionals.  When issues arise -- and they always arise on projects like these, no matter who you're working with -- they're resolved equitably and smoothly.  George always makes us feel like everything will work out fine ... and it does. Prices are competitive with other companies that do excellent work and pay living wages and benefits for employees. <br /> We've now worked with George and the crew at CertaPro San Francisco on 3 major projects between 2006 and 2014, interior and exterior.  Their service and work are consistently excellent.  We are extremely picky in the results we're looking for -- and they always satisfy.  The CertaPro crews have always been professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and the results have always been amazing.  The crews protect outdoor landscaping plants and interior furnishings, and clean up at the end of each day. The invoices match the original quote, any changes are documented, there are no surprises.  <br /> -May 2014: Most recently they painted our newly remodeled kitchen: walls, molding, and trim. They repaired window trim and door jambs, filled holes, caulked around new cabinets, etc. etc. etc.  They'll be back to touch up when the kitchen remodel is completed in a few week.  Their work looks great. <br /> -May 2012: We had 23 new replacement windows installed; CertaPro took care of the finishing.  Some windows were wood that needed to be stained to match existing woodwork; others needed to have trim repaired and painted.  The wood on some window sills was damaged: sun faded and water stained.  These guys did an amazing job of refinishing the old wood sill, then matching the existing stain for the new windows and frames.  Paint on the other windows, indoor and outdoor, was perfect. <br /> -February 2010: A small job, they fixed a home painting project that went bad.  Oil-based paint on interior steps, cold weather -- they stripped everything we had done and made it right.  Looking good 4 years later. <br /> -May 2006:  The exterior of our house was painted, using 8 colors.  It seems that half of the their time was spent for preparation: repairing stucco, cleaning, etc.  It was a big job, took about 2 weeks, and still looks good 8 years later.  <br /> Bottom line: we like working with CertaPro in San Francisco; the do great work; we'll undoubtedly use them again in the future. We highly recommend them. <br />

Excellent.  George worked closely with the contractor to schedule his timing.  Part of this job was covered by insurance and part of it wasn't.  Great about giving us two proposals.  George adhered to his schedule and did an excellent job.  I would definitely recommend him and use him again. <br />

<p>Certa-Pro's color consultant provided great suggestions on color combinations, the owner explained how colors were historically combined on a Victorian, and the crew foreman checked in with us about the colors as they went up and made adjustments when we asked. The result - our house is perfect - quirky, unique, and lovely. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. </p>
