Chris is extremely reliable, which is RARE when it comes to contractors these days. He removed old ceiling fans and replaced with new. He repaired a leak that we had a hard time repairing over the years. He painted and sheetrocked the leaky room. Chris makes sure that everything is done thoroughly. He explains what needs to be done. Pricing is extremely fair. Will be hiring again!
