Through Angi, on September 30, 2021 we posted a project looking for a handy man to rebuild our shed kitchen. We were connected with three companies, in which we chose Darc-Cleaning. Not only was his reviews positive, when we met him in person for a consult he made us feel like he was the right person for the job. Once he seen the work that needed to be done, he gave us a Price along with a breakdown of the cost of what was needed. We submitted the payment through Angi, November 15,2021 and Darc-Cleaning started the project November 29, 2021. Up until now he’s been doing the job he was hired for. The week after Christmas he informed us that his account was on hold. He said he will not have access to it or funds until May 2022. When We called Angi for more information, we were told his account has been terminated because it wasn’t paid. There are broken pipes back there, and major appliances (washer, dryer, ect…) that cannot be used. They were originally located in the shed, but needed to be moved before the project could begin. We do not have clear access to our kitchen. We’ve already paid for this project and we cannot keep the house like this for another couple months. We would like to receive some sort of compensation. Maybe to get someone else to finish the project, since he is unable. He cane for 3-4 hours a day, Monday-Thursday for about 4 weeks. During those four weeks he canceled 4-5 times due to personal problems or other client projects. At the time this was no big deal to us. We understand sometimes things don’t always go as planned. We tried being patient, but we have reached out to him multiple times asking for updates and to see when he could come finish this. The last time we seen him, he said he was almost done. When we reached out a few weeks later, he said he was still going through some problems. He mention he’s doing a few small jobs to get by, but that’s not exactly fair to us. We understand things happen but we paid for a service, we just want it finished. .

Darc-Cleaning did an Excellent job! I will definitely hire again.

They didn't complete it, they only put up 3 shutters out of 6 and they even left a wooden ladder and he gave them some of the money. He was supposed to come back but he didn't. I wouldn't use the service again.

Rob was amazing! He promptly came out to help and fix an emergency sink issue. The service was reasonably priced and outstanding! Highly recommended.

The service was very good. Good cleaning company. They were polite and clean very well.

It was good. The people were nice, they came in and help, and did what I wanted. I was very satisfied.

He was very professional, texted 30 minutes before arrival, and called when outside. Smoke detectors were what we requested and were installed quickly and professionally.

The owner Robert of Darc cleaning services over all was great! Arrived 30 minutes early. I needed my house cleaned as I’m on maternity leave and haven’t been able to get much done.. Having a clean home while taking care of a newborn makes you feel so much better. You can pay more attention to your baby without worrying about house work he even started a load of laundry ☺️ Robert was very generous and courteous while conducting business. He’s very reasonable he cleans up after himself took my trash out and did an excellent job cleaning my backyard. Thank you Robert I will definitely be using your services again!!
