Doc is excellent! Finding a contractor in Philly with honesty, integrity, and pride in their work is very difficult. Most home owners in Philly understand this. Doc was professional, courteous, communicative, and did the job correctly. It did go a little longer than planned, but that's to be expected with an old house and having to replace and fix previous crappy contractor work. His pricing is spot-on! Doc doesn't mess around - HE KNOWS HIS CRAFT. He is a master plumber and craftsman in the truest sense. You can't go wrong with Doc, and you know you'll get a fair price and be working with someone that will stand by their work. I will be working with Doc again for sure. I'm already saving for our next project.

Prompt, courteous and professional. My limited availability was accommodated. The faucet replacement was very quick and done professionally. The replacement parts were affordable and high quality. I would use Doc's again in the future.

Through no fault of Doc, he was not able to replace the faucet. There was additional work that would have to be done, and I decided not to do it. Doc was awesome.

Doc was great. He had to reschedule due to an injury, but kept me updated on his status and apologized several times for having push things back. Once better, he called to make a new appointment and even scheduled it later than his normal hours. He arrived a little early and was extremely professional. He made quick work out of the job. His workmanship, demeanor, professionalism and general attitude were all great. I'd happily use him again.
