East Coast Restoration LLC

Collected 180k in insurance proceeds, house has been left in shambles, took down a fence to gain entry into side yard, was suppose to take down and remove 2 additions where the fire was most intense. Structures not taken down completely, debri left in yard. Was suppose to renovate kitchen, only partially completed with one small bank of cabinets, did not install any appliances, left a refrigerator filled with rotted food in house, they were suppose to empty and clean fridge, instead they taped it shut filled with rotted food and “worked” around it. Installed flooring incorrectly, to the point that you cannot open 2 exit doors. Left carpets in the house that were suppose to be removed and replaced. Smoke odor very prevalent in house. Will not return phone calls, appliances have been promised since May of 2022. They attempted to install dirty and old washer and dryer. There is not a complete kitchen, no stove, range hood or refrigerator. House is not liveable. They were paid in full

I paid them $5000 and they took my money, never did any work, have not returned my calls, emails, nor texts. They also weren't licensed in NJ not could I find valid license in PA. DO NOT USE Timothy Difiori & Eddie Melhurn

These guys came in and helped my grandma after a fire happened next store to her house they were a huge help of getting smoke damage out and getting the proper water readings. I highly recommend eastcoast restoration everything worked out great

I had a fire next door along with some water damage. East coast came within 30 minutes to remove the wet and damage part of my home as well as these machines that took the smoke out of the air. They kept my informed of every step from the moment they arrived till the moment they were done rebuilding the parts of my home. Very clean, professional, and on time. I would recommend them to anyone that has had any kind of damage to their home

Went well my house had water damage from a toilet overflow and needless to say they cleaned the property and removed all of the damaged drywall and Trim. Would use them again if similar incidents occurred.

East coast were very professional. They determined where the water was coming from. Ripped out all wet drywall then dried it out. I will definitely recommend this company to family or friends.
