Glenloch locks were great. They are fast, friendly, and caring. I highly recommend them. They also do home or commercial installations.

Not great. Mary is courteous, professional but she’s not the one who does the work. Chris quoted one price and then changed it literally when it was time to pay the bill. It was a horrible experience. The job always took longer than he said it would and he had to come back multiple times to finish. He still technically needs to come back to make a few things look better but I’d rather not. I’ll just stick to the contractor I trust to have him finish it up. He often would leave with doors unlocked so anyone who hires him has to follow behind him to make sure all exterior doors are locked after he’s finished working on them. He never finished helping me set up the smart lock. I’m just overall unhappy with the experience. Are the locks changed? Yes. Was it worth the money for the experience? Absolutely not.

Very pleased. Mary responded to my inquiry very quickly and scheduled service for the same day, accommodating our schedule. Chris arrived when expected and quickly identified the problem and was able to fix the existing lock, saving us the annoyance of having to replace keys.

It was very good, they were professional and on time.

They were great. They showed up. Everything works.

Fixed within a couple of hours.
