They finished in one morning due to large cohesive team team and excellent machinery. One tree was in a grove and had to be hoisted up delicately so that the nearby trees were undamaged. They cleaned up well.

I had received estimates from three companies. I was impressed most by Highpoint's owner Mike Baetzold's knowledge of trees and pruning, plus that fact that he was the third generation owner of his family's tree service. I had expected Highpoint's estimate to be the middle estimate in price, but it was the lowest by a significant amount. After I accepted Highpoint's offer, I didn't hear from the Mike for more than a week. It turns out that Mike had gone down to the Carolinas to help out after Hurricane Florence. He contacted me immediately after he returned and was able to perform the services for me just two days later. He and his crew spent one and a half days completing the work with Mike being the last to leave each day. One of the trees was between my house and my neighbor's and was almost inaccessible (my neighbor wouldn't allow access from his property.) But Highpoint had all the right equipment including a bucket truck that was able to extend over my house to reach the tree from my driveway, and a cool little log grapple tractor that enabled them to pick up the large logs and carry them from my back yard out to their truck in the front of my property with minimal damage to my lawn. I've never had so much work done as quickly by so few workers at such a low cost. Highpoint Tree Service will be the first company I call in the future.

The work was beyond expectations. It was a rainy spring and they went out of their way to protect my lawn, driveway, and woods. Their clean-up was beyond expectations. All the wood and brush were removed. One of my trees was near my pet cemetery, and Mike afterwards, went back and further cleaned out any debris. The workman were thorough and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated, Mike, the owner, calling me back within 24 hours and coming out that day for an estimate. Our trees were taken down within a week. I will definitely call them for future needed tree service.

Highpoint Tree service did an excellent job of removing a tree on our property and grinding down the stump. Mike responded to me immediately, and was here to do the job a day later. They arrived right on time, were very affordable and professional, cleaned up everything when they were all done, and finished the job very quickly! Outstanding! Mike immediately returned my initial voicemail and we met soon after to go over the details. His "Tree IQ" is very impressive as well as his customer service. I appreciated how detailed his evaluation was. Accepting his estimate was the right decision because the work was done today and my trees look wonderful, especially considering this was long overdue. I will be following up with Mike this Fall for a fertilization program for the trees.

I got 4 estimates for this job and Highpoint Tree Service was the most affordable. When I called for an estimate, Mike came out to look over the job within 3 days. He told us what he would do and we received an estimate via email that evening. The men came out early one morning this week and did the total job in a short amount of time. The trees were removed, the stumps were ground out and they cleaned up as promised. I would hire again when we need tree work done.

Extremely well. Despite rain and temperature and humidity issues the work was completed without incident. All workers were courteous. Did everything possible to minimize any damage to my property or the neighbors.

Mike and crew did exactly what they said they would do. The tree came down and was gone with no damage done to the garage or chicken coop. They quoted quickly and were patient working around my difficult schedule. They showed up on time, got the job done, cleaned up and left. All for the agreed upon price, which was very reasonable. Finding someone who is organized to follow up and do the work in a timely and cost effective manner is highly appreciated. I suggest that you at least give them a call to get a quote and compare their response to some others. You will most likely end up going with them and being happy that you did.

Mike is awesome!!!! They came first thing in the morning took down a very large tree and when done by noon! I would definitely hire Mike again

Mike and his crew did a great job. We are very pleased with how things went. They were very careful in protecting the grass as much as possible from their equipment. They cleaned up the yard very well too.

Mike, the owner, stopped by our house to see the work to be done. He provided a prompt quote for the work and Highpoint had the lowest. Mike scheduled the work quickly. He and his team showed up at the time specified. They did the work quickly. We are very pleased with the work.

I am so grateful for your promptness in removing our tree. When we had a huge windstorm two days after the tree was removed, all I could think as I lay in bed listening to the wind howl was, "Thank goodness Highpoint came and took care of the tree right away!"

Mike and his team were awesome. We got a few quotes and they were one of the most affordable. They were recommended by a friend so we chose them. Everything was done as promised with no surprises. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

The crew was professional, had newer equipment and the men kept moving until the job was complete. They cleaned up the debris from felling two large dead trees and there was no damage to the yard after. One of the trees was 30 foot tall and surrounded by other tall trees. It required a man to climb to remove the tree from the top down. That tree was within a foot of a chain link fence and next to a brick path. After the job was complete, Mike checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied before moving onto his next job. Very happy with the price and the work performed.

Everything went okay. Mike Jr. was very professional. I wish they could have removed the remains from the stump grinding, but overall, excellent. I plan to have them come back in the spring.
