House Cleaning Elena

This was the worse experience I ever had, just awful, they were over a hour late, then wanted way more money, so I was like we agreed to this amount to so many hours, and then they wanted to leave early and get paid the whole amount, and the cleaning in 2 hours is not really much time to clean, I can?t say they did a bad job but they did not want to do the job without paying a massive about the agreed amount.

Elena was on time, efficient, effective, and did an amazing job! She is very responsive, kind, and hardworking. She brings the staff appropriate for the job along with all tools to do the job right. I have and would definitely hire her and her team again!

The completed work was definitely not what I expected nor what we had discussed via message. She hadn't lifted up the throw rugs and vacuumed underneath them didn't vacuum half of the front room half the hallway nor did she clean the spots off the walls in the kitchen behind the garbage or mop the kitchen floor she did not clean any of the glass or the TV or the front room window which all were covered with kids fingerprints nor did she do the baseboards or the corners in the front room or polish any of the furniture just dusted with a Swiffer or the cabinets in the kitchen which I detailed about doing the dusting and polishing. The bathroom was mediocre at best as well as the kitchen the bathroom needed a lot of cleaning but definitely not what I have paid her and my kitchen was already clean she just needed to do the polishing of the cabinets and the sink she polished the sink but not the cabinets. I would not consider her a professional sorry Elena

Elena and her team were AMAZING! Can't wait to hire them again!! :) We had a pretty dirty house with lots of dog hair - It feels brand new!

had them over 2 times and they were above and beyond I would recommend them to anyone no matter how big or small the project
