He did an excellent job, but gave me a price and approximate length of time to complete beforehand. He quoted 350.00 for four hours of work. Then when he arrived he said it was more involved and would take longer. Then increased the price to 450.00 and completed the work om 2/12 hours. He definitely overcharged me. Therefore, I will never hire him again.

"Yes, we apologize. Sometimes contracting is like opening a can of worms, we try to give the fairest price based on skill level, time and parts/materials and equipment needed. Most often we stick with that price if we can. Occasionally the job turns out to be more complicated, and we have to charge accordingly for the work."

On arrival I was lead to think the worker was a carpenter. He provided me what was said to be a Carpenter's Cert.number. He was not available for over 5 days not to include today. And days on the job was limited to 3-5hrs. The job was for 2 weeks, yet it is not completed after 3 weeks. Which as caused scheduling problem for Headliner services. In some cases he does not have the skills or the equipment to do some tasks. He is very nice person but a poor worker as it relates to completing the tasks. I intend to request HOME ADVISOR's for a replacement.

"This man never asked us if we were carpenters. He gave us a deposit and then kept adding things to an already agreed upon list. We could only work a few hours at a time because it was over 100 degrees on the boat that we were working on, even early in the day, and it was closed off and very hot. We had a discussion with him that our family was coming to town, and we reduced the price in exchange for a little flexibility in the schedule. This man seemed very unconcerned about anything but exploiting us for as much as possible. This job was a financial loss for us."

I selected Impeccable Improvements' quote from 3 based on a combination of on-line reviews and price. The job was to replace an area of ceiling drywall following a leak and to paint the entire ceiling. The drywall replacement went very smoothly being completed in one day. Priming and painting was completed in half a day. Two areas where improvement could be made: effectiveness of clean up after completion and promptness of paperwork.

Impeccable Improvements is efficient, professional, and quick. Jamie (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) is customer-service oriented and prompt. JC is a knowlegable contractor with a friendly attitude and great spirit. JC explained the problem with the poor repairs done by the management company before he fixed them. He also gave me some tips on making minor repairs and installing mirrors on my own.

Having several small job to handle and accomplish, Impeccable Improvements did an excellent job. They worked with the tenant respectfully and communicated through prompt phone calls and pictures of all work. This was extremely helpful when I couldn't be on site to discuss arrangements in person. The people I spoke with from initial contact did the work and had first hand knowledge of progress or problems; no third party interpretations. I would recommend Impeccable and plan to use them again in the future.
