When I first spoke with Zack he agreed to separate goods in 3 categories : trash, keep, donate. The first day he was to show up at 9 but did not show up until after noon because he said a homeless person *explicit* in his truck. The 2nd day he said he would send two trucks but only sent one. One truck was larger and he said he would cut me a deal. The truck arrived late. I caught a worker removing cash hidden in bottom of trash bag. I noticed rather than bag up trash he appeared to be looking for valuables. I kept asking that he get me more bags so I could look through them. I did not delay them in any way. I noticed some of my valuables such as police style light was missing. When I challenged them for attempted theft he became belligerent, stopped working, and falsely said the cost was more because I delayed them. I did not delay. He charged me $1583 and said if I did not pay him he would dump trash on yard and I would still have to pay them, I said this was more than Zack said I would be charged. He said Zack was addressing a police matter and I would get adjustments next day. Zack could not talk to me. The next day I got no promised adjustment. In fact I had to threaten him with felony fraud charges if I did not get the double credit card charge refunded. He would not speak with me regarding the $500 overcharge. He said he would send me an itemized statement which he did not do.

"Hello, so let me start off by saying sorry you had a bad experience with our company. But most of this is not the truth. The first day I showed up alone and was there an hour before you. The second day we had an issue with someone sleeping in our truck which caused us a delay. The first day I took out 2 trucks ALONE in 3 hours. The second day, I had sent 2 trucks but by the time the second truck got there there was no point to keep it there as we couldn’t fill up more than a single truck that day. The reason for that , was because you were looking thru every single bag even bags of used tampons to “donate”. The reason I became irate was because I had 2 ethnic gentlemen there and you said I need to background check “these type of people “ your words. You definitely delayed us as in 5 hours we did 1 truck with 2 guys and in 3 hours I could do 2 trucks alone because you were not there and told me to use my judgment. I was on the phone with my guys while they were bringing stuff out and I heard you stopping them. They sent me pictures of you I could attach looking through a bag of old tampons. . I had said I could cut you a deal on price if we did multiple trucks and also explained labor to you and your wife. So you were aware. And you never threaten theft charges on our guys. We double charged by accident and we reversed it immediately. This is not the truth and you are trying to slander our company."

Perfect and painless. Guys were delayed due to unavoidable traffic, but they called and kept me updated on ETA. Once there, it was at most 10 minutes for them to haul the whole bed and frame from 3rd floor to truck. Super professional, friendly, and very efficient workers! I also like that they try to recycle as much material as possible. Price was on par or lower than I was quoted by others in the area.

Didn't get any kind of response at all to my first quote request. I did get a call the second time and booked them to come. Got a two hour window, and they said they'd let me know when they were about 30 minutes out. Day of I got a couple of calls, saying they were busy/going to be late. Finally came 30+ minutes after the two hour window expired. Price was too high, but I just wanted this stuff gone. I'll go with someone else next time.

Very Smoothly! Not everything fit on one truck. (We had more clutter to throw away than we thought). Junk Xpress came out again the very next day (since we weren’t in a hurry). Both times they were fast, very fast! Got each job done in under 90 minutes! We had a lot of very large items (beds, furniture, refrigerator, etc.) Zach kept in touch constantly to let us know when he would arrive, etc. Employees very hard workers. Everyone very friendly and very hard working! (PS...price could ALWAYS be cheaper, but they gave me the very best rate I could find,)

They exceeded all expectations. Zack and Andre worked their butts off to remove junknf4pm a cramped attic crawlspace and down a few flights of stairs to the truck, and that truck was FULL in just over two hours! They made a challenging project feel like a snap.
