Keyway Moving Services

It did not start off well. They were two hours late arriving at 5pm, and didn't finish until 10pm. They did not have enough moving pads and had me buy more boxes to secure fragile pieces of furniture. One of two helpers had never moved anything before. They gouged a hole into a basement wall coming up the steps. Virtually none of the boxes were able to make it on the truck and therefore items were left behind. Clearly they did not provide enough capacity for the move despite having all the information. Kevin was unwilling to rent a trailer to hitch to the back of the truck. He offered storage or to wait a month of so for another truck coming to Dallas which I agreed to. I fixed the wall myself the next day. Upon arrival in Dallas on Tuesday, a glass TV stand had smashed and several Ethan-Allen dining room chairs and other items were gouged due to poor packing. I texted Kevin and sent pictures (his employee did the same) and said I won't charge for the damage if he works out consideration on the move of the rest of the items. He said he would then I have not heard from him until I texted several weeks ago. Kevin said he would still make good on his commitment but I have not heard from him since. I tried every day since Monday 12/5 with no response. I will now have to secure other services and additional cost which I should not have had to do. His misquote was not my fault.

My overall experience with Keyway Movers met my expectations and was very satisfied. The movers worked at a comfortable paced to remove everything from the home as quickly as possible and nothing was damaged.

It went well best movers I've ever hired! Everything was packed and well moved, fragile things were wrapped very good. my favorite thing was that there was no fee for the wrapping.

The movers arrived alittle late but they moved very fast. They made sure everything was wrapped and nothing got broke. Overall I have no complaints!

I was only able to get my keys to my new place really late at night. They had no problem and moved everything in really quickly and smooth regardless of the drive and time. I appreciate them working with me.

Key Way gave me the lowest quote i searched everywhere. I spoke directly with the owner and he got me scheduled so easily on the day that was most convenient for me and my job. Got everything me and my wife had to Phoenix safely, and thats a long drive. Nothing was broken and the way they unpacked our things was very impressive.

I hired keyway moving services to move me and my family into my new home. They arrived on time and called me when they were on there way. Before they started moving they had me sign a contract stating that they were licensed and insured! They wrapped up every item with furniture padding and even brought there own tools. Some of my items needed to be tooken apart and put back together such as my mirrors and beds. When the move was over I paid them and was very satisfied. Nothing was broke or damaged.
