Great! They worked so hard and were there all day. The house looked beautiful when we came to check on it. They were also so easy to work with, very available, and charged a very fair price. Would highly recommend!

From the start Derek was responsive, but when the job wasn't done to my satisfaction and I was expressing what needed to be taken care of he didn't care for it. I had a vacant house "deep cleaned". This usually means scrubbing everything, right? I don't live in the area, so trusted that the job was done well. I stopped by the house a little over month later and noticed the doors were still filthy, a few mirrors were missed, found hairs in a bathroom sink, and the vents had built up dirt. (This dirt was no way accumulated after one month!) I wiped down one of the doors and you can see from the photos how gross it was. There hasn't been anyone in the house since except for literally two rental showings during that time. And yes, those people tracked in leaves from outside, but this wasn't my concern. I know what dust can build up over a month, and that is not what I was addressing. There is no way he touched those items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He asked for photos of the items that needed to be addressed and the continued to tell me he can't tell from photos the issues. Meanwhile after he cleaned, he sent literally 500 photos to me to show me his job. A little hypocritical huh? When you are in the service industry your job is to please the clients. If they aren't happy, you figure out a way to change it instead of getting ****** and dismissing it. He decided a bad review was more important than fixing the issue, so here you go!

They did an excellent job on my carpet. They picked up my carpet and returned it the same day! I was amazed. I highly recommend using their service. I will be calling them again. They were so nice.

Better than I expected. Didn’t really know too much about the company but they were referred by a coworker of mines and I just say they did a helluva job.

It went great! They communicated with me to confirm the date a few days before since I booked a couple weeks beforehand. Most importantly they were prompt and very thorough. I'd definitely hire them again they're ustomer service is great, work is great and prices are affordable. You should give them a chance if you need carpet or furniture cleaning. Also, the floors weren't soaking wet when they left like Stanley Steamer used to leave my carpets, they were almost dry by the time Lucky 7 left. Book them, you'll be pleased with their work.

Absolutely Amazing!! Derrick and his team did an awesome job!! My sofa looks brand new, they got all the stains out the carpet, and the tile floors look awesome!! They are very professional, hard working, excellent communication, and affordable!!

It went great! Appointment was on time, during the service I was asked my own feedback if I wanted another round of cleaning and that was no problem for Derek! He didn’t mind going over the work to satisfy my needs. Very professional left no mess and took the smells out of my couches! Everything smelled lovely! I highly recommend this company!!

The hardest thing about home ownership is finding honest, loyal, knowable and professional providers of service as my past experiences with companies had been a nightmare. After surfing the web, I came across this company and I can honestly say finding this company was truly a gift from GOD. The owner “Derrick" was fantastic and his company rendered exceptional services exceeding my expectations and I’m was truly please with the outcome. This company is now on my speed dial for any further projects that I have.

Lucky7 did a great job cleaning my home! I’m a working mother of 5, So you can imagine how challenging things can be! They were very professional and took very good care of my furnishings! The floors, carpets and baseboards looked brand new again! During this very difficult time with the COVID-19 risk, I was happy they were able to keep the appointment!
