Jonathan J. McKim, Architect and High-rise Facade Inspector is a niche practice focusing on high end custom homes and AB-110 high-rise facade inspections. As a sole proprietor, Jonathan steadfastly holds the belief that architecture is first and foremost an art and cannot emerge from large corporate firms that practice "design-by-committee." He, therefore, practices his art alone in a small office in San Francisco's Financial District, where he delivers finely detailed and uniquely crafted home designs to his discerning clientele.
