Excellent!

We hired MG Property Solutions to clear snow from our parents' driveway at 1775 Bassett Road in Westlake. Michael confirmed that he received our check (December 17) but we have had to shovel snow ourselves or have the driveway snow blown by my parents neighbors. We weren't expecting him to have it plowed within a tight window of time following a snowfall, but the snow sat there for days. I tried calling the company on multiple occasions and got through to Michael only once. His voicemail is always full, so I was unable to leave a message. The one time I did speak to him, to ask him why my parents' driveway did not get plowed in January he told me he would check on it and get back to me in a few minutes, but he never did call back. Because I couldn't leave a phone message the numerous times I tried to call him, I also tried to contact him through the Angie's List message system, but he has not responded to those messages either.

I entered into a contract with MG Property Solutions to provide snow removal service for my elderly Father. MG Property Solutions performed snow removal twice during light snows. Based on this performance, we decided to pay them the $200 for the remainder of the contract. After payment, a significant snowfall occurred resulting in my Father being unable to leave his house until the snow was removed. At first, MG stated that they would be at the house once they resolved truck problems. Then, MG shared that they would be there in the evening to clear the snow. The disappointing part is that MG never showed up on that day. Since MG did not clear the snow, I had to drive to my Father's house and remove the snow myself. After that day, MG never reached out to me or my Father and never responded to any call or text. There was an additional snow later in that week and MG did not show up or respond when we attempted to contact them. MG had no issue accepting payment for services, but delivering on those services is another story. This is a highly unreliable company and I will not hire them again.

Mike Gault accepted payment for snow removal for the entire season (early December through mid March), but only performed the service once. His crew did not show up until evening and did not clear the whole driveway - I had to spend another 45 minutes to finish the job. That was December. With the heavy snows this week, I spoke to him on Tuesday, and despite his promises to be over in an hour and a half, three days and a dozen and a half unanswered phone calls later, we still couldn't get our car in the driveway, so I had to shovel it myself. MG Property Solutions is either an outright scam or unreliable to the point of useless. Do not give Mike Gault your money.

VERY BADLY WE PREPAID $ 400.00FOR THE SEASON HE ONY CAME TWICE ONLY SHOVELED PART OF THE DRIVEWAY AND HAS NOT SHOWED UP SINCE . WEHAVE HAD AT LEAST 3 BAD SNOWFALLS SINC E AND HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

Very well he was on time to remove the initial snowfall ,so we contracted with him for the season , he’s come back again during a lighter snowfall and applied salt and cleared our front steps . We were having a communication issue but he has since resolved this .

It was great. They were on time. They were professional. They were very reasonable.

I've been using the service over a year now. It was pretty good I liked it. The people were nice.
