The girls were just wonderful. They came in, they started to work in right away, they don’t communicate or talk to each other, they just do their job and they do it well.

Cleaners did an excellent job. The house was not maintained well by the previous owner and needed a lot of cleaning, especially the bathrooms and laundry room. After they were done, the showers looked close to good as new and the laundry room was free of gunk. <br />

Excellent job, on-time, very professional.

There were several things that didn't sit right with me, and the more I thought about it, it wasn't right.  <br /> 1. the time should start when the cleaning starts, not when they are suppose to arrive or when they arrive.  <br /> 2. Like all jobs, and job interviews, they don't get paid for the scope of the job. In otherwords, while I was showing your the house, telling them what to do, that is explanation, not work.  <br /> 3. I lent them rags to use, not to have. They are my cleaning rags I use all week long.  I was under the impression they bring all their own supplies, they asked for paper towels, garbage bags in additional to keeping my rags.  <br /> 4. You should have let me know up front or in the Angie's list deal that 3 hours of house keeping is for one person, and and hour and half for 2 people. It is called disclosure, communication is very important.  <br /> 5. I gave her an itinerary as to what specifically I wanted done, and found that they were straying from my request, therefore not getting to everything I asked for. I asked them to dust the den, they didn't. I asked them to sweep and mop the patio they didn't. I didn't ask them to clean my fridge nor was it on my itinerary, but she started doing that. I didn't ask her to dust knick-knacks, lamps, etc. Just the table. She broke a lamp and cut her hand. I offered her assistance, she denied medical assistance.  <br /> 6. They would gather in the bathroom and talk. Not sure what they were saying, I don't speak Spanish. But I would think they would work in different areas to get as much done as possible.  <br /> 7. Overall, I'm grateful for the job they did, but too many things were not right. So I want people to be very specific with these cleaners. I tried to be, but still didn't get all I laid out. <br />

They will do special requests for a fee so just ask. I've had them clean my lights in the hallway. The first cleaning is a very deep cleaning and covers all things like that but cost a little more. <br /> <br />They have been very flexible with me regarding my days and time although I am sure this can change. I am not a morning person and they've been accommodating. <br /> <br />I find them to be sweet and personable. But not overly. My son has practiced his Spanish with Lorena and they've been working with me for so long I feel like they become a distant cousin!

We have been a customer for almost 5 years now- they clean our house every week and I highly recommend them! They are polite, trustworthy, honest, and hard working! Prices are fair too!

Excellent..they came on time, did exactly what was asked and more. <br />
