I needed them to find a leak in roof and repair it, as well as redo cracked ceiling inside. Also had entire stairway wall spackled and painted. They were very professional and personable, answered all my questions, and worked with me until I was satisfied. (Spackle worker used plastic on floors instead of drop cloths, causing many spots on carpet, but LaMont sent someone who worked THREE HOURS to remove them all). Painter was excellent. Project dragged out a bit, as workers were dividing time with another project. All in all, satisfied with final result and will hire again.

Lamont responded very quickly to a crisis. The floor floor of my condo flooded and I needed drywall repair and painting. I called on a Thursday and a team was sent on Tuesday, which I thought was very quick and much appreciated!
It would have been great for him to explain the process more (ie I did not realize that his team would not do the baseboards or replace the framing of the doors, etc.) but should this happen again, I’ll know what to ask for.
Ultimately did a good job and I’m grateful for how quickly his team worked!

Job well done ceiling looks amazing! Communication was on point! There delays with project completion but offered to refund unfinished work! I opted to wait for a carpenter to be hired to complete work! Lamont stayed on top of job until completion!

I actually wanted the piece of wall replaced but he put spackle on it and wanted to sand down and paint for $750 absolutely not then he didn?t put any plastic down to do work I won?t be using Angi again so I gave him $300 to do what he did I?m not paying $750 for that sorry no thanks it?s no point

Mont Finishing Touches were very professional from communicating about the job to finishing it. I had a roof leak that caused damage to the ceiling and wall in 2 rooms and they DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Excellent customer service and quality of work. I had an incredibly messy and difficult plaster ceiling that needed removal and replacement with drywall and paint. Had a gab between ceiling walls due to the layers of plaster placed on ceiling. Lamont and his team filled in these gaps seamlessly with the drywall. Impressive work and beautiful outcome. Highly recommend Monty Finishing, particularly for older homes needing plaster ceilings replaced with drywall.
