The service was excellent and the workers were professional.  Everything was done on time and they were very prompt.  They performed the work on schedule, on cost, and it was done well.  They kept everything clean and treated us and our property with respect.

We received an estimate soon after we contacted Jim at North Coast Insulation and Ventilation..  The estimate was detailed and covered all the work required.  The work was completed efficiently and professionally on the day it was scheduled.  We have noticed a big difference in our heating efficiency and would recommend this company highly.  We did not get a second estimate so have nothing to compare pricing but feel it was well worth the money that we spent. <br />

They were perfect company.  They were responsive.  They completed the work on time and it was quality work.

Jim Myers came to give estimate , he was professional , he informed me about Dominion/GoodCents Program which ended up saving us around $650 everyone should look into that. <br /> The work was completed as quoted , they left no mess and they did an incredible job. <br /> <br /> <br />

After 3 years the fan started to make noise.  While I did not expect work to be covered under warranty, I thought that the motor could be replaced rather than replace the entire unit.  I contacted the vendor on 10/18/14.  There was no response.  I contacted the vendor again on 10/22/14.  The vendor left a voice mail on 10/25/14 stating that they were very busy but that they would contact me on Mon or Tue (10/27/14 or 10/28/14).  The vendor did not call back so I contacted them again of 11/02/14.  Still no return call and I left one last message on 11/09/14. <br /> While I understand that vendors are busy, the least that they could do is return calls.  I used another vendor and would not recommend this vendor to anyone. <br /> <br />

Most everything went well - they had to come back because some insulation had gotten into an air return. Other than that, they did a good job. <br />

It went really well

Had Jim come out to give me an estimate and hid did a very thorough job.  Called him a few months later to have the insulation and ventilation needs addressed.  Jim and his crew were very professional, trust worthy and they did a great job with the installation.  Jim walked me through the work when they were finished and the price ended up being less than what he originally quoted me.  I can not say enough about Jim and the company.  It is very hard to find great companies who show up on time, are professional and deliver a great product, so I always like to praise the companies that do,  Jim and his crew were all of the above, professional and provided great customer service.  I would highly recommend North Coast Insulation and Ventilation, you will not be disappointed.  Thanks for the great work and a warm house. <br />

<p>I felt provider did not do an adequate inspection and did not inspect all areas of attic.  I did request a refund for this Angie's List deal.</p> <br />
