The first time she cleaned my home, she did a very good job. The second time she was here, she left all sorts of items out (such as cleaning supplies and rugs on the bedroom chair). The 3rd time she was supposed to come, she called and wanted to change the date. When I told her that the date she selected was not good for us, she asked for a paid day off.

I FINALLY HAD TO LET HER GO BECAUSE SHE CHARGED $65 FOR THREE HOURS WORTH OF WORK, SHE WOULD FINISH IN UNDER TWO. I DIDNT FEEL THAT SHE WAS DOING AS GOOD OF A JOB AS SHE COULD OR SPENDING THE TIME NECESSARY TO DO QUALITY WORK. SOME OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, SOME WAS VERY POOR.
