The Plumber came on time, worked efficiently and even went for necessary piping which he discovered was needed. There entire job including picking up parts was done to my complete satisfaction in less than four hours. My only complaint was that the piping installation seemed a little expensive but sometimes it is worth it was good service.

Very professional. Very responsive to questions. Explained what was involved with the repairs to make sure I was informed. Discussed options for how to proceed. Prompt. Did a very good job keeping the house clean while they were working and covering furniture and floors to protect them while working. Top notch.

Responce was slow because of the weather related problems, which increased demand for his services. Unfortunately it took 3 weeks from the time that I agreed to have the work done to the time which it was completed. There was a problem with the installation. It took some time to connect with him and schedule a visit. He did come and resolve the problem.

He was very personable, was late 2 days in a row. Quoted us $375 and it ended up over $900. Without any warning. No explanation as he was doing the job that it was going to be that expensive. I would have like to be told while he is doing the job. That was a true shock to get such a large bill without warning.

Received a very prompt response from the technician, who arrived within hours after we spoke. The flushing mechanism in my toilet needed to be replaced. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing and resolved the problem quickly.

Willie did an excellent job. It was a very difficult job and he stayed with it until it was finished. He was on time and worked straight through from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job.
