From the first contact with Omar, who replied to me immediately, and was so kind and understanding of my needs to have my very sentimental tree that means so much to me and my late Father, who was my best friend and I miss so much, trimmed serviced etc this is the company to call. This tree was huge in our back yard, and needed to be trimmed for health and by law. The tree workers used so much care, proper machinery, and techniques to trim this tree to perfection. The workers took such care, safety, and professionalism in not only my tree needs, but also the neighbors yards next to me for safety and cleanliness. They even worked around a little bike we have leaning up against the tree for 30 years that is my daughters that my dad never wanted moved. The workers removed every branch that fell, even the ones if any in my neighbors yards. The tree is not only perfect and even, but exactly how I wanted it to look. They cleaned my yard afterward more then what it was before they arrived. The day of service a neighbor called them for their needs. I commend everyone at this company and do recommend them to everyone no matter what your tree and or yard services are. You wont find better quality work with affordable fair pricing anywhere else! I thank everyone at this company so much.

My experience with Prestige was terrible. After removing a tree stump, I hired them again to install a patio on July 26th (it was supposed to be installed on July 23rd, but they didn’t show up). Today is August 16th (3 weeks to the day), and the patio is already cracking. They left the patio suspended in the air with no support, and then tried to dump dirt on it to hide what was done, but the rain is washing that away. When I asked them to come back and look at the work that was done by their crew, the owner told me I needed to pay them another $4000 to add a retaining wall; something, by his own admission, was never shared with me when I hired them to install the patio. This company takes advantage of women, and they have terrible customer service. They also left cement all over the back of my house, and they left an exposed hole under my door that was created by them removing a step. I've asked them to fix these issues and they won’t. This is not a good company at all

It went very well, signage put up in advance to allow removal of cars, prompt arrival, courteous and professional crew with supervisor, and efficient service, entire job completed within a few hours including cleanup and removal of all debris. Arrived with fully operating equipment and easily identifiable company trucks. I would use service again and would highly recommend. It was well worth the cost.

I spoke with several tree service companies and chose Prestige Tree Service even though Manny, owner/manager, was a little higher for the service requested. When I met with him I was assured that he knew exactly what I wanted done and that he would call when the work had been completed. When he called I went down the list of what was supposed to be done and he confirmed that they had been. I asked if he was there at my house while he was on the phone with me and he said yes. He then requested that I pay on line ($1100.) prior to confirming that the job was done and done to my satisfaction. When I went to my house, more than 1/2 of the work was incomplete. I called Manny and complained and he had his workers (3) meet me the next day to complete the job, which they did. However, the worst part is Prestige Tree Service incorrectly cut a large part of a tree in front of my house that was not supposed to be cut. This tree provided privacy by preventing viewing of the house and part of the yard from the street. This rare, old (more than 100 + years old), very tall Chestnut Oak tree only needed to have the bottom limb cut off in order to allow passage through the walkway to the house. I requested to have only the bottom limb cut, but limbs and branches four rows up and around the tree were cut allowing the house to be fully seen from the street; providing no shade AND no privacy at all. When I complained to the three men who were there to complete the work from before, one man said, “I told you that we were supposed to just cut the lowest limb.” I asked if they knew that, why were the limbs cut all the way up the tree. They each said that the person actually doing the cutting said that he was cutting the branches all the way up “so that the house could be seen from the street.” I complained to the owner of the company to no avail (no refund, no apology, nothing!).

Showed up timely. Assesed job and how to tackle removal. Begin work. Completed job and cleaned all affected areas. Great job.

Prestige has a professional, friendly and happy group of employees on their workforce. They work very well together and are coordinated in what they do. If there is a negative about the process, its their scheduling. It may be the time of year where they are over extended or a particular job that runs longer that expected but this would not hinder me nor should it you in hiring this contactor. if it's the bottom line result your interested in and timing is secondary than I believe you have made the right choice. I believe Manny the owner and hands on working manager of this company is fair in his pricing and is establishing himself and his company to be a leading service provider in the city of Philadelphia.
