Sarah and her crew were very professional and responsive to a problem with mold in my garage ceiling. Sarah and her crew responded on very short notice and corrected the problem quickly. The price was VERY FAIR and they left the area PRISTINE!!!! I was going through a refinance and the appraiser found this fault that was holding the whole process up. Sarah and her crew responded quickly and without hesitation to resolve my problem. Sarah and her crew were pleasant and understanding from beginning until the job was completed I would not hesitate to call her company in the future. it's very difficult to find companies in this day and age to deliver as promised. A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!! <br>

<p><strong>Junk Force</strong> provided service beyond what was expected. House involved at least 1 year clean up. Henry and John removed the trash (2 truckloads) the first day. Second day Henry returned with his sister for clean house. Didn't expected the stove and refrigerater to be included in their fair price but it was. Unbelievable professional workmanship. Being older and on oxygen I have not been able to do thie type of work for some time. </p> <p>Although some people may consider the pricing high, this was average if not below for the furniture, piano and accessories requiring removement</p> <p> </p> <br />

Our sprinkler system pipe froze and burst in the back room of our retail store on a Sunday afternoon. They arrived an hour after I called and went right to work. They arrived exactly when they said they would every day. It took a week to dry out the area. They dealt with the insurance company directly about their invoice. They accepted the insurance payment as payment in full. Great company with superb customer service during a very stressful time. The owner Sarah was hands on and explained everything that had to be done thoroughly. All the employees were wonderful. <br />

The whole crew were very professional, highly competent and thorough from my first phone call at 7am the morning after the flood thru a quick and though cleaning and haul away of ruined stuff to daily checks until the basement was dry. They were careful not to throw anything out that might be of personal value without checking firs.t It was also good to know that they used non-hazardous bio-based sanitizer to reduce environmental damage. <br />

They were very quick to show up for estimate.They clearly explained the process.once we were okay with the pricing they started the work immedietly.Crew with their uniform showed up and removed the carpet ,padding,baseboard,Drilled holes in drywalls and they brought huge fans and dehumidifiers and completely dried our basement.Very professional and were always puntual.Also came back next day to re installed the baseboards.I highly recommend them. <br />

Once they got there(there were many people who needed their services at this time) they explained what would have to be done and the approximate cost. The workers seemed efficient and prompt. They had to return for several days to complete the job and check to make sure basement dried out.

We contacted Restoration Express after a recent flood event. We were luck and able to get them to our house on the same day. Much of the clean up of personal items had already been done. They set up fans and dehumidifiers for 3 days and performed moisture testing each day until the test resulted in acceptable levels. All at the company were responsive and courteous to our needs. Provided a very detailed cost estimate and final invoice. <br />

"The work performed included removing insulation to get at water being held against the walls, remediating mold, and drying the walls and floor. In addition to the work performed by our crew, our owner made numerous trips to the home to investigate the cause of the water issues, provide advice on resolving these issues, and even met with another inspector to collaborate on this investigation -- all at no extra charge. The homeowner expressed her sincere gratitude for our work and assistance at nearly every meeting. At the homeowner's request we also applied a sealant primer to the exposed cinderblock walls, although we explained that this would not be a "finished" paint job. When the homeowner complained a few weeks later that the painted walls did not look good enough, we brought in a professional painter at our own cost to put a finish coat on the cinderblock. The total value of our services was probably around $3,000. However, the fees we charged for our services totaled just $1,400, and are still unpaid more than four months later."

It did not take long to get an appointment with this company. I had carpets that had a urine smell from an older dog. They sent two young men to do the job. I had already moved the furniture out but they would have done it if I had asked. They got right to work and asked me where the water source was. The high tech machinery they used did an amazing job. I could see the water pulled from the carpet turn from almost black to clear. When they were finished, they cleaned up totally after them selves and asked if I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied. <br /> I would not be complete if I didn't say something about the crew they sent. These two young men were an example of the kind of employees I would want. They were in uniform, polite, and very hard working. They took their time and did it right.

Overall, it was an excellent experience under the circumstances of a flooded basement. They came on time, removed the wet carpeting and set up all the fans to dry out basement. They returned each day to check on them and when it was all done cleared out everything and left it as good as possible. They were so nice and punctual. I recommend them highly. <br />

It needed to be cleaned down, sanitized, and etc. I called another company and they were incredibly rude. They were amazing, incredibly reasonable, and scrubbed down the walls. They bleached them and did all they could do.
