It went great.  Pete is extremely nice and personable.  The job is first rate and professional.  There was no garbage or debris to cleanup afterwards from the work.  He gave me exactly what I asked for, followed up with instructions on how to take care of it and he provides a follow-up in one month.  I have already recommended him to a co-worker.  He even repaired a porch heater that had gotten knocked down in the wind. <br /> I should also had I am very pleased with how the garden looks and the chosen plants. <br />

Weeding, pruning, planting and laying wood chips. The yard looked great when they were done.  They were prompt, friendly and professional.

I had trouble getting this scheduled and when he showed up finally and came with 1 guy for an half hour and the deal was suppsoded to be for 6 hours.  He was also 2.5 hours late to do the work.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company.  That went well.  They were very communicative and did great work for me.  I used them another time after that because I was so satisfied.  They were on time, communicative, friendly.

The two man team, Pete and Jerry from the San Francisco Garden Man worked tirelessly for 5 hours to complete the job of clearing and hauling away my jungle of weeds in my backyard.  They are friendly, professional and very hard workers. What they charged me was more than fair. <br /> <br /> They exceeded my expectations in both the actual work that was done and the way in which they did it. <br /> <br /> Pete called me back within 4 minutes of my initial call to him. That really set a positive tone. <br /> <br /> I look forward to utilizing his yard services again in the near future. I highly recommend their service.

I was extremely satisfied with the work performed.  It was much more than I expected.  In addition to the work, I got great advice on what to do with my garden and it inspired me to start a great garden! <br />

It went fine. I had no complaints about them. I just paid for the big deal price. The service was fine and completely adequate. There was nothing terribly good or bad about it. The price of the service was also fine. I might use their services again in the future.

The service was ok. It took them a long time to respond to me and when they came out to do the work they didn't tell me they were leaving. They sort of appeared and then suddenly disappeared.

Pete and his crew were great! Every project that was done at my house was finished the same day, very nice. They trimmed and cleaned up the front and back of my house, and added new plants all over, which are blossoming beautifully, they were very professional and clean, I am looking forward to having them come again next summer.

They came after I purchased the "Big Deal" and I wouldn't use them again. It wasn't that positive experience. Two guys came out and it wasn't near what I thought was worth for what I paid. I was not impressed with them. First of all I thought it was advertise for three men but then I inquired about that so I was expecting three. They asked what I wanted to do and it's just front area and it took them whole day and I'm waiting for them to go to the back. They left 15 minutes early and I didn't tell I was unhappy or anything. I would never have them come back. That's my only complaint about them.

I paid for 2 workers for 6 hours each. I believe they stayed longer. Did <br /> a great job of clearing out all the weeds and trimmed bushes that <br /> needed trimming, packed it up and took it to the dumps. Very polite hard <br /> working men. <br />

Pete and his crew did an excellent job.  We initially had an email communication problem but, fortunately, that was resolved (it was a technical problem, not a professional problem) and I was able to get an estimate for the job. After that, the work was performed on schedule, Pete made relevant suggestions on how to best prune the trees and completed everything on time. The final price was slightly lower than the estimate because the job took less time than expected. <br />

Although a gardener takes care of our yard on a monthly basis, this was not a job that she could do and so we decided to give Pete a try. Pete chose and installed the perfect timer box for us - it is super easy to set and use - and discovered the need to change out the valves in the process (we had thought the valve problem was connected to the old, broken timer box). His prices were very fair and he did the work quickly. I had to follow up with him a couple of times about the repair progress, but those instances were quickly resolved. Other than that, we were very happy with the job and found Pete to be a nice guy. Would definitely use him again. <br />

The service appointment time agreed to was not kept.  The crew arrived late for couple hours although he did call to let me know.  Once the job started, it was done well and thorough, especially removal of the weeds.  The new plants were planted and job completed to my satisfaction.  However, a month later the front yard is covered with weeds again among the newly planted flowers. I called Pete back and emailed him requesting his return to remove the weed and was surprised that weed is present again so fast.  He emailed me that he would take care of it on the week he promised but did not show up.  I did not get any email or call that he could not make it.  I then emailed him again and called couple times to follow up again.  Finally, he and his crew came on a Saturday afternoon to remove the weeds in the front yard.  They did a good job and was satisfied.  He did not charge me for the second weeding as I requested.  I wish he is more responsive and punctual to keep his appointments so I don't have to keep emailing or calling him.  Other than that the quality is service is above average. <br />
