Michael and his crew are excellent and reliable craftsmen. My concrete porch floor was sinking due to no structural support. Michael came and gave me several options for repair to secure my porch floor from sinking more and he installed a support girder under the floor and repaired all cracks that were forming due to the sinking of the floor. I am highly pleased with his expertise and professionalism and work. I will rehire again for some masonry work I need, and I highly recommend Structure Work LLC

Michael is a genuine, kind, extremely detail oriented, sharp engineer. He exceeded my expectations, taking great care in his thorough inspection of the home and providing a clear, detailed explanation of each problem, possible solutions/the work that would need to be done, cost for said work and risk involved. Excellent service. I put my request for a quote in the morning. Receive a call within 10 mins and scheduled some time for the same day. We reviewed my sagging floor and within a few minutes, he was able to determine that cause of the issue. It turned out to be just an install issue and is not structure. Very honest and excellent price. Highly recommended. He offered excellent insights on everything about the house that he saw as well. Saved me money on a contractor for a superfluous fix.
