This company did a Great job. They took care of ceiling mold in my daughter’s house very professionally. Working in a house with a broken air conditioner and a very hot attic had to be hard, but they were always pleasant and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

We had mold within the batt insulation in our attic space. Top Shelf was very thorough in their work to contain and removed the affected areas safely. Would highly recommend their work, and very friendly and easy to work with!

Q and Manny are great. They got the job done right at a great price. I shopped around for a few quotes for a mold remediation job, and everyone else either seemed like they wouldn't properly treat it, or were selling "doom and gloom" and trying to get me to overpay for areas that didn't need treatment. Top Shelf is like the Goldilocks of a job, and finds the perfect balance to get it done right at an affordable price. They also found a gas leak and some frayed electrical wires. I was so happy they were keeping an eye out to get my house to be as safe as possible. And this was outside their realm for fixing, so it wasn't like they were trying to add any charges. They just showed me where the problem was and told me to call the gas company, and we had it fixed that day. I'm already hiring them again for some additional work that needs to be done in the basement.

Q and his crew were amazing! Very thorough. Q was really good at explaining the situation and what they would be doing. From start to finish, they were professionals and treated my home as if it was their own. Above and beyond!

They were able to seal off the molded areas within the top floor (duplex unit) and remove all visible mold within a day. They did not have access to the unit on the 1st floor, & the work unit is still occupied by tenants, but they did as much as they could in the unit until further notice. Great work!

I was in the process of buying my new home when I received a report concerning my mold (from an outside company) but I did not understand it at all. I reached out to Top Shelf in hopes that I could get a better understanding of my situation. They came out and explained the report to me and also educated me on mold and how it could affect people. They were able to point out many reasons as to why my home may have high levels of mold and ways they will lower the levels. I felt really good after the consultation and am planning to hire them again for the actual remediation.

From the moment they walked in the door they got straight to work setting up their workspace and kept everything nice and neat until they left. They are amazing at what they do. Very professional and friendly. I would 100% recommend them for all your mold remediation needs.
