When he was supposedly done he took our phone call and then never came back or called back. When he was here we would point things out and he said its okay wait till it dries.

Everything went very well, since we chose a very expensive paint that was not white, there was extra cost and labor involved, which we paid up front as the original quote was for white paint on the siding. Vincenzo and his crew spent almost 4 days painting and were very clean and neat--no splashes on our porch roof or windows! Vincenzo even power-washed our front porch floor as he noticed our power washed did not get the job done like his more powerful machine could! The overall quality of the paint job is excellent-we are very pleased with how the job turned out and would recommend him highly. Our neighbors were very impressed also!

Paint was where it was NOT suppose to be "ie" Patio , steps, security door /with finger prints. Several spots of paint on, Carpet Furniture , kitchen sink & cabinets. Put plaster in hallway upstairs, on walls not to be touch removed light switch plate and left it like that. painted trim on baseboards & NOT the whole baseboard color of wall- Trim was always white/now gold. Did NOT put 2 coatings . Can see old paint in several areas in both Rm's. Major areas (3) not repaired or painted. Paid extra for 2 radiators, missed sides, no paint on wall behind liv Rm radiator. NOT THE "Professional " job I hoped for. NO way to treat SENIOR CITIZENS. Have contacted for rec't & invoice. NO REPLY TO THIS DATE. Did not respond at all on app't date set to repair their work. WORST TRIO of PAINT SLINGERS EVER!!!!!!!.

I purchased the deal on 12/19/16. Nothing went well at all. As soon as I purchased the deal I went on line to set up approximate dates/times as requested. It took 2 days for anyone to get back to me (which was ok at first). Vincenzo phoned my home after the 2nd day but I was at work. I returned the call in about an hour because my husband informed me that he called. I didn't hear from him again until after the Xmas holiday and he scheduled me for December 30th at 9 AM (which was ok). Vincenzo phoned around 8:30 the day he was due to come out and stated that he had car trouble and that he would be there around 11:00. 11:30 came, 12:00 came and still no call and no show. We were annoyed because no one took the time to call. I called the office around 12:05 and left a message and 12:15 the door bell rings and it's Vinzenzo and his brother. He announced who he was and introduced his brother, shook my hand but NOT ONE APOLOGY for being later than stated so that annoyed me. My husband took them in the basement to show them the work and Vincenzo took 10 minutes talking about how nice my dinette set looked in my basement and that he had extra space in his basement and that he never thought about putting one in his basement. The deal stated 1 painter for 4 hrs. or 2 painters for 4 hrs. but I was never asked which option I wanted. When I said something to him I was told that he doesn't work alone so it's 2 painters for 2 hrs. which was ok but the option for 1 or 2 painters should not be stated if as he stated "he does not work alone". I didn't ask for either option because I just assumed that since he asked me what work that I wanted done that he would assess which was the better option. When I just mentioned it was when he said he doesn't work alone. When it took so long for him to return the call that should have been a "red flag" right there. Yes, I was annoyed because of the "take your time to set up the appointment", then they were late, with no call, then no apology at all and then spending 10 minutes talking about my dinette set before he could get started with what I needed done. A couple of words got passed between Vincenzio and I and he said I didn't seem happy with him so he would rather that he just didn't do the work and that I got a refund on my money and he left. I would not hire him again ever. I'm not saying he doesn't do good work, I wouldn't know but for me he wasn't very professional (no calls, lateness and no apology for being late and this is what ticked me off.) Thank you.

"customer purchased a 4-Hour deal, it is up to the contractor to evaluate the job and use as many guys as he feels as though he needs. this was explained to the customer and instantly she took offense in talking to the customer for a few moments after the customer was very annoyed and unprofessional at this point I came to the determination that this lady would not be easy to work for so I told her to get a refund at this point we left the premises."

The painting was sloppy. There was a lot of drips that I needed to be fixed after they came out twice. I had to resand my walls and repaint. This was a waste of money. I do not think they are professional painters.

Two men worked for two hours and removed approximately half the wallpaper. This was a special offer, will probably have them back at regular price to finish the job.

I have used Vincenzo's Custom Painting in the past and was very pleased with his work so when I needed to take care of a new project I didn't hesitate to call the man I knew could get the job done in a reliable, professional and reasonably priced manner. He responded to my phone call very promptly and was here without delay to start the job on time. He advised me beforehand when giving his initial quote on the work that there may be additional costs due to hidden problems when removing old wallpaper and sure enough the walls were a nightmare. But not a problem for this crew, they tackled the demands of an old house with complete professionalism and we couldn't be more pleased with the end results. They kept to schedule and cleaned up each day after their work as well. Great job men. <br /> I highly recommend this company to take care of all your painting, repair and remodeling needs. Vincenzo is a perfectionist. <br />

I have used Vincenzo Painting Before to Paint my Home and was very Satisfied with his Work. My Wife remembered he had told us when we were ready he could also do this project as well. So We got in Touch with Vincenzo and as Before he returned our call very Quickly and came out to review our situation. He gave us a Fair Price compared to other Large retail Home Improvement company's and started work within 1 week. We really Love These Guys and his Workers Are Very Courteous and Clean and go out of there way to make it a smooth Transition. We are very Happy with the Workmanship and Honesty of Vincenzo and his Team.

Highly professional. Vincenzo and his team arrived 9:30 AM each morning and worked till 5:30 PM. They never missed a day (to work other jobs). In fact, the work was completed ahead of schedule. After completion the team thoroughly cleaned my home so there was not a trace of dust or remnants. I was 100% satisfied with the work.

"This customer had several contractors working on the job at the same time. I went in the first day and prepped the job out ready to paint and when I showed up the next day he had the electricians come in and punch holes in the drywall and he wanted me to make the repairs for free. unfortunately this work was not in the contract and when I approached him about this he became upset . When you have a contractor doing work in your home you do not add things and then expect the contractor to do the work for free.. that's not fair. I was as fair as possible with this customer but he was unreasonable. I tried to make all the repairs he asked but he was not willing to pay a fair price."

Top notch! Vince arrived on time for the estimate and was very prompt in getting the estimate to me. The estimate covered all of the work and there were no unexpected "extras." He and his crew showed up on time and completed the project in a thoroughly professional manner. He was great to work with and we were very pleased. I would use him again without any question. On top of it all, he and his crew completed the job during what had to be the two hottest days of the summer and the air conditioning system was not working. These guys are hard working and do an excellent job.

Vincenzo and his team were awesome! I called several contractors to provide estimates for the job. Vincenzo arrived on time and made sure that he could match or beat the price of the other estimates that I received. At the end of the day, customer's want to work with a contractor that is a man/women of their word. Nothing more, nothing less. Well, Vincenzo went above and beyond! Not only did he and his team: 1) come on time, 2) take on additional special assignments, 3) provide consultation for projects outside of the scope of the project, 4) connect me to other contractor for odd jobs, but was always 5) respectful and courteous the entire time. And if that's not the bees-knees, they were careful to clean-up and restore my home to an even better state than it was when they entered. This was a fairly large project and Vincenzo and his team did a phenomenal job. I couldn't be happier with them. In fact, I'm planning on hiring them for my next project because I know what I getting for my money - high quality work/professionalism/great attitudes - and Vincenzo isn't going to "nickel and dime" me. I had Several Contractors come out to give me Estimates. Vincenzo's Painting was the only Contractor who Called me Back Quickly and showed up on time. Vincenzo Himself Came and Gave me the Estimate and didn't rush out the Door like the others, he sat with me and we talked and went over every detail of the work. I felt very Comfortable with Him and his Estimate. I originally hired Vincenzo to remove old wallpaper and paint the interior of my home but after seeing the quality and cleanliness of his staff and work I also gave him the Exterior Paint work as well. I can't say enough about this Company they were Great. I would Recommend Vincenzo to my Friends and Family. NOTE: Vincenzo also Gave me a Senior Citizen Discount and Veterans Discount as well WOW!!! <br /> Thanks to Angie's List for Helping me meet this Great Guy !!
