I had water leak from an upstairs shower, it was serious with a steady stream of water making it through the wall and ceiling. It was a mess and the a list of possible causes that were not easy to diagnose. Luke was easy to work with and was available to start work promptly. We came up with a plan to do the amount of work to fix just the leak and add additional work as necessary to guarantee waterproofing. Watching the shower work being done, it is honestly one of the hardest work to do. Dimensions are not standard, there are many custom choices and there are so many materials and tools that go into the work. The subcontractor doing the work made some design decisions that I wasn’t happy with, Luke agreed with my concerns and took the steps to make it right. I trust him to be a man of his word to get results that make all parties involved happy.

VSA Construction was very professional, straight forward, transparent, and informative. They were extremely patient and helpful while working through complex insurance hurdles and continue to support me after the close of the project. Their work is professional, clean, quick, and well communicated. I have been very satisfied with the general contracting support I received and would recommend working with them again.

Luke and his crew were great; I had a complicated project involving the replacement of a front master stairway on a Victorian building in SF. Luke was highly professional and attentive to detail during the process. I would definitely hire VSA again for my next project.

Luke O'Brien from VSA Construction did a great job coordinating with his electrical contractors to replace our old electric service box and circuit breaker panel. He kept us informed of the scheduling of the work. He also coordinated with PG&E regarding our project. His electricians were on time, professional, and conscientious of our needs. Their work was accurate, and they left our property spotless after they were done.

This was my first remodeling project and I am so glad to have worked with Luke, Teddy and Adrian. They’ve really helped us build our dream store and offered amazing advice. They were thorough with both the build and design. The detailing and craftmanship was on another level. They ensured a stable line of communication which we all felt was important in completing our project on time. Definitely will be reaching out again when we have another project!!

Luke and his team worked tirelessly through covid to complete a large project for us in Noe Valley that involved all aspects of construction from steel and concrete to bathroom tiling.
