Louxz Renovations

We hired this team to renovate one of our investment properties, and they did an excellent job! From updating the kitchen and bathrooms to refinishing the floors, everything was done with care. Great communication throughout the process. The house turned out beautiful.

We hired Aristone and his team for a major round of exterior repairs, and they completely exceeded our expectations. We were kept updated daily, and the team was punctual and finished right on schedule. The house looks incredible! Highly recommend using them for any projects

After interviewing several contractors to handle significant renovations to a condominium unit in a 65+ year-old building, I hired Louxz Renovations. Besides performing excellent work, it was vital for the chosen contractor to follow the condominium rules and regulations including restricted days, hours, debris removal, etc. Although some challenges and change orders delayed completion by about five weeks, the renovations were completed without any issues and move-in has since occurred. A couple of my new neighbors commented about the workers' neatness and politeness throughout the project (highly unusual). In fact, Louxz did such a wonderful job and has been available when some "tweaking" is needed, that I asked Aristone Louxz to handle some projects in my prior home prior to putting it on the market. Highly recommend.

As the project manager, I had the opportunity to work with Aristone and his crew on a targeted interior and exterior project. From start to finish, they displayed professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely. Aristone made sure expectations were aligned, timelines were respected, and updates were provided as needed. Overall, I found Aristone to be dependable, straightforward, and easy to work with. I definitely intend to use him and his team for my future projects in Philly and will also be recommending him to my future clients.

Does great work .. HIRE THEM ASAP😊
