They did a great job fixing the washer and were prompt to come back out when the pump clogged again my only issue was there was a delay in the delivery of the new pump and they did not inform me. I was told 2-3 days and ended up having to contact them 5 days after they put in the order to find out what was going on. Other than that the repair woman was very nice and knowledgeable and the work pretty long hours and weekends which is nice.

I was extremely pleased with the prompt attention to my request from Jasco Appliance and their communication with me. Our repair woman was very knowledgeable and explained things to us in down to earth terms. She was quick to work and repaired our oven immediately. I would recommend her to anyone that has a problem with an appliance - if she cannot take care of it, she will let you know.

They came out, failed to diagnose the problem, did nothing but make my problem worst and refer me to a plumber, and still charged me over $70 just for coming out.

The installation of an over the counter microwave would have required that the ceramic tile be cut down about an inch. The serviceman made us aware of the problem and we decided to forgo an over the counter microwave in favor of a stand alone unit.
