"The estimate was on my Daughter's rental home. I had used them previously on another property. Called Robert to provide an estimate on front yard clean up and tree and shrub trimming. Had a big Palo Verde tree (10-12 years old) in the middle of the yard that had overtaken the front yard, hanging over part the driveway, the sidewalk and part of the neighbors yard and growing into the roof of the house. I knew the HOA would be coming at me soon to get the tree under control. Called Robert in the morning and he came out same day to give me an estimate. He returned a day later with his crew and did a beautiful job. The tree trimming opened up the whole front yard raising and narrowing the canopy. Now you can see the whole house! They trimmed all the bushes, blew out out the fallen yellow (now brown) flowers from the stone and removed any weeds and treated the area for weeds. They cleaned up behind them. Looks great! "Well...after my review posted, the owner (Mike) called me to express his distress and to ask if he could offer a do-over.  My neighbor said OK, and the crew arrived IMMEDIATELY.  My neighbor's yard looks wonderful and she is totally pleased.  Because she is happy, so am I.  I learned two lessons: (1) contact the company before posting a review; (2) service providers really care about their ratings on Angie's List.  Will I use this company again?  You bet.  Will I continue to subscribe to Angie's List? Absolutely!
