We set a date for him to come out and look at my door, I spoke to him about replacing the door, he assured me that he would fix my door and I would be happy and there would be no need to replace the door. He was sooo right, he not only arrived early, but answered any question I asked and he didn't make me feel as if I was bothersome. "In January of 2021 we ordered 3 replacement external doors from the Window Depot. Due to delays caused by COVID, the doors were not actually installed until the 2nd of November. During this time we had to keep calling them to get a status update as they didn't reach out to us at all. During the installation the weather stripping/molding and peep hole parts were missing and we were told that we would be contacted about getting them installed since they are required to have the doors properly inspected. It is now two months later and we have yet to have the doors finished and inspected. Once again we have had to call them for status and are given standard blow hard false promises such as, "I will get a status and get right back to you" and then we never hear from them. They sure want your money but their customer service is atrocious and I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend to anyone to use this company."

"TLDR: Keep to small jobs. I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy. The first worker was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost). I also had to buy more than was HC's initial list, & had descoped to help offset cost. I'm left with an over-budget bathroom that is functional with rushed cosmetic issues, 3 weeks late with my house a mess, & a list of To-Dos to finish/fix the scope they didn't get to."
