"I highly recommend. I had a door that was misaligned so the door would not lock. Took 15 minutes to get the door fixed. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Thanks again. Corey"

"Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. Excellent work and completed in a timely fashion."

"Installed a door. Left some cosmetic dings in the door and wall but after i fixed and painted, it was fine. He picked up the new door and disposed of old one. Overall satisfied."

"This company rebuilt a badly deteriorated cement-block retaining wall which supports my elevated driveway, repaired numerous concrete sidewalk cracks and a crumbling step, replaced an ugly, old, insecure chain-link gate with a beautiful steel door, and installed attractive brick borders around a couple of small garden spaces (after also cleaning up those weedy spaces). The price was more than fair; I'm very pleased with the work, timeliness and charming personality. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"The service tech arrived early, had the part needed and had my garage door opening and closing again in under an hour."

"Andrew showed up on a Sunday to do the repair. Very dependable company. The garage door is great."

"l&V handyman service did a very good job on my stair rail repair. It is more sturdy and I feel safe walking done the steps again."

"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"My first experience with Reliable Plumbing was the plumber being more than 45 minutes late. Because there was an issue with turning off the water at our building, he agreed to return to do the work provided, which was appreciated.
Before his second visit, the plumber called me more than 2 and a half hours early saying he was at the front door and left a voice mail telling me he was leaving because I wasn't there. When I finally called him back, he had forgotten our original appointment time but told me he would be there within 30 minutes. I asked him to please call me when he arrived. He never did. I finally called him an hour and a half later, and he said he was at the front door.
Mike was very nice and knowledgeable and got the job done. However, when I had to leave and ask my girlfriend to handle the payment, he quoted her a price that did not include our Angie's List deal. She reminded him of the discount and he applied it, but it was a little unsettling to hear that she could have easily been hoodwinked.
Anyway, I've had worse experiences for sure, but the lack of punctuality despite my clear communication is not enough for me to recommend Reliable Plumbing.
