"SpringScapes did a excellent job in solving our drainage issue and install new grass in the front yard. They also adjusted a few sprinkler heads that were too low and replace one that was broken that I did not about. Christina is excellent to work with as she listen to what we wanted but also provided suggestions.. The crew did an excellent with the drain and the sod that was laid. I would use them again. In fact I already thinking of a job that I need them to do."

"Had a fence and steel frame gate installed July 2023. The gate is monstrously heavy, and they did try to support the weight with a spring loaded wheel at the end. Less than one year later, the gate is almost impossible to close. It sags under its own weight and must be lifted up to reach the latch. I have called and texted several time to get a quote to have the gate repaired. It took a week to get them to send someone to inspect it and give me a quote. They finally sent me a quote, but I have asked multiple times when they could schedule me, and to send a written quote to my email. It has been over a week and I get no response. Today I texted them to see if they would recommend another company to complete the repairs instead. Very bad customer service."

Nancy is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and on time. The staff that came to do the work? You could not ask for a better group of guys. Although we are still short a couple of plants everything is spaced out well so no large gaps. They improved the aesthetics by running downspouts underground to a pop-up drain. Certainly not the cheapest landscape company I am sure but, you get what you pay for and for me, it is well worth the money."
