If you have a maintenance issue, expect to be upsold on expensive, unnecessary services that could actually damage your system. If you purchase an HVAC system from this company?costing anywhere from $20,000 to $30,000?you?ll likely experience multiple issues on the very first day due to poor installation. Many customers have had to replace their entire system within six months, only to be charged extra for the replacement. The HVAC team is inexperienced, with most technicians having less than a year in the trade, and the company has multiple EPA violations. As for electrical work?good luck! Most of the electricians are unlicensed trainees who should not be working on your home without proper certification."

"Happy to be the first to leave a review. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Todd and his team were OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Not only does he have an amazing eye but he's a great human being!! Fair price and no-nonsense. I told Todd from the beginning he could have full creative control. We had some ideas that he turned into something we never could have imagined. INCREDIBLE!!! I added a "Before" photo of what the backyard had become after the weather and our dogs ruined a lush St. Augustine yard over the last couple of years. I would recommend Todd and the Heroes team to anyone looking for quality work from a respectful crew."

"Aaron was very flexible in offering us different options to help us complete our project on a budget we could manage. He and Wes were nice to work with and were very happy with how the yard turned out. There were a few hiccups, as there always are with home improvement projects, but they kept coming back and making adjustments until everything was perfect. They used high quality materials and had creative options to help with drainage in our yard."

"After spending $40k+ on a complete irrigation system, landscaping (grass and plants) and hardscape we ask Sean to come back to finish the project and add some additional irrigation. He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."

"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."
