"Glenn installed a sliding glass door and a new deck. The price was right and the quality of work excellent. We are not happy unless things are done right the first time and they were. We plan doing business with Glenn again. He is very professional and friendly, and always on time. One day he was working outside in the rain. Not all people will do that."

Universal Windows Direct was founded in April of 2002 by William Barr and Michael Strmac. It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

"David and his crew did an awesome job. From repainting and preserving our deck, to adding Wainscoting to my hallway with new chair rails and an enormous 2 story shed with barn doors, front door, windows with shutters, and vinyl siding on a concrete slab foundation."

"It went very well, he did a great job"

"It went well. With our busy schedule it was hard getting the things we needed done in a timely manner. But they did the best they could with the time they were giving.

"I had a very good experience purchasing my windows. My Ecoview windows were purchased when the original windows purchased for the front of my home exceeded my budget for replacing the remaining 11. I needed to find a suitable replacement window that I could get for a good price while still providing the same quality I wanted in a replacement window. After doing some research, I found EcoView (which I had previously never heard of). They came in a variety of sizes, are double hung, double paned with argon gas, solar reflect glass and high quality vinyl. I meet with Michael who I believe is the owner of this small business. They sell other things (remodeling, but I didn't have any of that work done).
He was very helpful with window selection (no pressure tactics) and got my windows ordered and scheduled for installation very quickly. I'm use to working with small businesses so if you need everything done "right this minute", it may or may not be for you. I like supporting small businesses and found them to be both very professional and thorough in the install. I like my EcoView windows far better than the more expensive windows which I believe were installed better. I would recommend taking a look at these windows (they won't disappoint).

DSM Home Improvements has highly skilled people in most areas of construction. You can always count on being satisfied when we leave. We give free estimates and our main goal is to work with you to accomplish what you need, for a reasonable price. The things we create inspire us, reflect who we are as a company, and stand tall and strong against everything that may come it's way. Our projects protect us against the elements of weather, hold us up off the ground from critters, keep us warm or cool when the weather changes, and you can admire the beauty of what you just paid a very reasonable price for. When you work in the construction industry, you see evidence of your job every day, from the site you worked on last week, to the project you’re hoping to get next month. You’re out there, creating something, each and every single day. I don’t know about other contractors, but it’s my favorite part of being in this industry.
